Went in to get my tongue repierced, the piercer didnt introduce himself at all, my friend was with me and was curious about a different piercing and barely gave an answer to her question, I had a few questions as well and he didnt have much to say. He used the clamp and my piercing is off to the right of my tongue rather than more in the center and then if you look at it from the bottom its all diagnol from the top. Its healing fine, just doesnt look as good as the first time. I had gone to a different place when I first got it done and the piercer there was so friendly and answered all our questions and did a fantastic job on my sister and I. We went to tiger rose the first time and Chris pierced us. I definitely recommend going there for piercings rather than traditional tattoo. Tiger rose is also $10 cheaper. Not going there for a piercing again

My 2 friends and I went here on Valentines Day for their $20 heart tattoos. They were friendly and fast, but all three of our tattoos look bad. Mine was a plain heart on my hip, and the lines are crooked and its missing color in some places. One of my friends got hers on her hip, and its also missing color in multiple places. My other friend got hers on her foot, and some places are gray while the rest is black. I realize theyre very busy doing their $20 tattoos, but they dont have to do them if they cant make them look good. None of us are going there again.

Dont remember the guy who pierced my belly button was but he was a life saver considering the guy who had pierced it before here in clovis screwed it all up! when i told him my situation he told me how embarrassing it was for all Piercers in general when they get careless. He wasnt afraid to be honest considering I am a chubby girl and explained to me why he was piercing it the way he was! only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the white guy who usually sits at the counter was in a pissed off mood and was not friendly at all when I walked in.

Great experience...this is all I have to say! I have seen Matts videos on Youtube and I was impressed by his work and professionalism. When, first went into the shop, I was greeted and met Matt! Matt was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the process of getting my septum and helix piercings seamless!!! I am going back again for a tattoo at some point. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a professional piercing and tattoos! Continue the great work!

Went in simply to purchase a lip ring, and the artist was sitting on the couch and clearly did not want to get up to help me. I have had several peircings and I am very knowlegeable, however the guy at the counter was rude and spoke down to me. Turns out, the shop didnt carry the ring I was looking for and the guy rolled his eyes and said "whatever" when I chose not to buy. He went and sat back on his couch before I had time to even leave the store. Ridiculous!

I got my second tattoo here, and everyone I met was incredibly friendly. The atmosphere is great, very neat and clean. Dylan was the artist that did that tattoo, and I am thoroughly impressed with his work. We worked on fine-tuning my idea for the design and he did an outstanding job. The tattoo turned out beautifully and the entire process was a very comfortable experience. He is an extremely skilled artist, and I highly recommend him!

Fantastic piercer (Ray, I believe), very professional, gentle, and precise. Didnt rush through or cut corners at all, made sure everything was exactly where I wanted it before it was pierced. Explained what he was doing and why when I asked (because Im curious), no impatience. Wonderful experience! Also, Lou is a dynamite tattoo artist! Extremely skilled staff all-around. I will definitely be going back.

My friend went there for s very small tattoo and they told her it would be $ 80:00 when gone he Charged her $100. It hit infected and she knows how to care for tattoos, never ho there dont be that stupid to go there. If you want to get ripped off and infected go there

Everyone was nice and laid back, got my sleeve outline done for my first tattoo by Justin Foss, I HIGHLY recommend him as he made the experience really easy for me and was fast in his work and his quality was above excellent.

I went in to get an Ace of spades tattoo in September of 2015 and Dylan was really nice but the tattoo came out horrible and the artist that fixed and finished it said I had a lot of scar tissue
