If I could give 0 stars I would. The service was awful an the pharmacy people are incompetent. I went in for simple over the counter allergy meds an you have to take a card and bring it to the counter. They had 20 plus cards in the slots and after waiting 35 minutes in line I was told they were all out of allergy medication. Unacceptable.

Not a lot of cash register coverage given the number of customers in line. Lack of management coverage on the floor at any given time. Lack of friendly customer service from employees on the floor. Security detail on the other hand is friendly and courteous.

Clean and modern after being renovated. As with all Rite Aids, a lot of "sales" or discounts are only available if you get one of their cards. If you want to get a card, it takes forever for the clerk to enter your information at the register.
