I wish there was an option for zero stars. BY FAR THE WORSE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE and customer treatment I have ever experienced. I placed a Mothers Day order with order confirmation that it would be delivered Mothers Day morning. Not only were they not delivered on time, but when I called to track my order a day after expected delivery the Manager was extremely rude. By this point I wanted to cancel my order to release the charges on my account. She refused to give me order cancellation confirmation and loudly talked over me to the point of her yelling. She refused to give me her name or her supervisors name. I will never use this company again. I have never been moved to write a review as Im a pretty understanding person but this was UNACCEPTABLE! USE ANY FLOWER COMPANY BUT THIS ONE!

We never ever want to go back there anymore to order flowers bouquet,we went saturday to order flowers for mothers day,so we paid in cash for $117+ tax , when we went there sunday morning, no flowers given to us , they say it lack of kind of flowers blah blah blah....so they say it will be @ 11am so went back to pick the flowers up, guess what,the style that we choose does not resembled to our order, my wife got frustrated...we just we waste our money for nothing....so folks we hope it will not happen to you....as they say try it before you get mad".....charged to our experienced ...so let yelp help you look for reviews....thanks....

This place was a life saver! The day of prom the original place I ordered a corsage and boutonnière from didnt make them. So I called east bay flowers and they let me order it that day (which a lot of places dont let you do). The lady I spoke to was so friendly and helpful, and the corsage and boutonnière came out super cute. All around great service, I would definitely recommend.

Went to look for a Prom Corsage and when I asked if they made them she lady at the counter didnt even answer me. she just put a board with some examples on the counter and didnt even say a word and looked really pissed. Really bad customer service.
