I have been going to this place for over 13 years. I have moved and came back, they are still there doing the good. This place has not changed. It is clean, the manager they have now is great, funny and very welcoming to all. This is a non-judgmental place. Their products are of good quality and the manager is always willing to talk to you about anything you can think of regarding his products. WAY TO GO!!! I wish I could give Up In Smoke more stars!

Have bought some misc glass pieces and oil utensils at this place over the last 2 years, nothing too major, never been disappointed. You definitely get 1-on-1 service at this place, and they have a very large selection. If you refer to their glass as a bong they will ask you to refer to them as water pipes. It was amusing to point out a beer bong and ask if I should refer to that as a water pipe.

Bought a bubbler, wasnt the one he recommended, he didnt like that. Got extremely rude after, bowl didnt fit, wouldnt exchange for a better size before purchase, still purchased anyways. Cracked on the stem a week later. The week after that it broke in half from just setting it down in the way its supposed to sit. That will be my last time going here. Glad we have Paramount.

Recently remodeled smoke shop with a good selection of rolling papers and above average selection on their custom glass. occasionally you will see a consignment piece of $10,000+ worth the trip if you like your glass thick and custom. Pelican brand hard cases are nearly double the price of what you would get online. buyer beware on some items.

I got a lot of glass and other things for my use of life habits for medical use and have to say my all time favorite was the 3 ft froger I do still have ND working glass of glass 18 ml did dabs for a good three years with it til I was able to get a oil rig have to say best spot for the thick glass over Amazon

They have a good selection of pipes but prices can be high. The big guy there is rude. But what made me very mad is I got an expensive bubbler and before I even took it out of the bubble wrap, it was broken. When I tried to exchange it they told me hell no. Im very dissatisfied with the service.

First smoke shop I ever been to and the employees are so chill and helpful if you have questions. Some of them like to talk a lot. I mostly just listen, but they got cool stories about some of the pieces there. The vibe is just awesome with the music they play and the scent(it smells amazing)
