Kinda snooty and not really very smart. Bought a Yo-can vaporizer recently for concentrates. A bunch of shops have been selling them, but no one has seemed think far enough ahead to order replacement coils yet? Called this shop, discovered they also were selling the vape but it was still going to be a week before they get the coils. Asked the guy over the phone if he could sell me a couple coils out of one of the new-vape sets since they were getting them in a week and then throw them back in there. I feel this is at least a reasonable question? Boy on the phone got Indignant, said there was no way he open a set just to sell some coils. Boy, the Yo-Can sells for like fifty bucks max and will soon be twenty. The profit for YOU the shop is in selling coils... to regulars... who will buy coils repeatedly... Of course you dont have to open the package and sell me anything, but dont have some indignant tone when people try to figure out a way to buy product from you even though you cant manage your inventory right. This is probably a shop for kids and nothing else, I dont know, because the boy at the shop was too dumb to sell me anything while my wallet was open over the phone.

Worst place to go to. No costumer service at all. I bought a "top of the line" vape pen from them in late August, and here we are in mid October. the battery took a crap and stopped working, brought it back to them for them to do something about it and I have Atul, who is behind the counter, tell me "well u cant trust electronics, we wont do anything about it" go other places that back their product and dont just try n sell you crap

every time I go there They are either not open on time or they have a sign saying they will be back in 15 min which is more like an hour . How do you expect to have a business if you cant even run it properly ? you guys wonder why your not blooming is because you dont know what the hell your doing . step your damn game up or get out of that plaza

Definitely stepping their game up. Been going here for a while and usually get a good experience, but would of course get the special few. Now customer service is improving a lot. My dude Abel started like a few weeks ago and has been helping me out amazingly every time i see him.

I come to this shop a lot, its improved a lot lately,theres a new guy, Abell, who does a good job explaining things and when I show up at the shop it is open at the times its supposed to be, unlike sometimes before. Decent prices for the area too.
