I have never had a bad experiance I am always greeted with a smile. Everyone is helpful and upbeat. They dont rush you and if you have any questions regarding products in store they explain how to use or clean items. I have never left unhappy or felt that I was asking a stupid question. I would tell others about this shop

One of the best smoke shop I ever been too and very easy to find on w San Carlos. All the workers were chill and they were cool. My boy JD was nice and very attentive to all my needs. He answered all my questions and he ended giving me a good ass deal on a rig.

Place sucks there are homeless hanging around guy outside asked my 10 year grand daughter if she wanted some drugs who offers drugs to a kid reported the problem and also called law enforcement place needs to be shut down something illegal is going on there.

Employees are rude. They do not carry cartons of cigarettes. Looks like a place that is a front to either running drugs or laundering money. Stay away if you value your life and money.
