Watch out! Poor quality products and terrible customer service. Bought an overpriced hookah from here, just to get home and find it missing 2 crucial pieces with a cracked hose. When I went to return it, I was accused of buying it "two weeks ago" when it was in fact 2 days (as the receipt clearly pointed out). Following this I was simply told "well yeah its broken, but you cant return it". Employee was extremely rude. STAY AWAY!!

Amazing customer service, which is why I will be returning. Guy was very knowledgeable about quality on glass, bowl pieces, and lighters. Selection was fair, and I found what I needed even though I went in with no intention of buying. Dude was genuine in his approach, again, great customer service.

There is a new guy there, Nat, who answered my questions when I called about buying a detox kit. When I came into the store, he didnt try to upsell me, he gave he exact kit I wanted, and kit it quickly and I was on my way, I will definitely be coming back here.

Not open according to posted hours. I waited 10 minutes for this place to open. They missed out on a sale. Going else where.
