Bought donuts in the morning and its been a long time since I tasted custard so I didnt realize that they went sour. Later that day me and my wife began to have some stomach problem so I called the store. The lady was nice enough to offer us exchange the donuts. How nice! More donuts!! She added that it is not their stores fault since donuts are not made from the spot. They are actually made from the factory; it is obvious that she is blaming others. Could be the factory, could be the delivery who knows? One thing is obvious. They dont make donuts the way Krispy Kreme Doughnuts used to make and I dont think I will have their donuts any time soon.

I love the Krispy Kreme donuts which are fresh out of the oven. There is no such thing called Oven in this facility. So, there are no Fresh ones. They just heat the prepared donuts, put some fresh sugar glaze and give it to you. I did not feel the crispy melting taste which would be the case of the fresh ones. I had been to Krispy Kremes large facilities in Roseville, CA and Lubbock, TX. There is a big difference between the fresh out of the oven donuts and the ones that are available here. All other donuts taste the same as that of any other Krispy Kereme.

I could give it no stars I would and this is because I recieved horrible customer service here due to inadequate communication between management, staff and consumers. I went in there with a coupon and after asking one of the workers if it was okay to use it he said yes yet when it came time to charge me he ran back with his manager who then told him that they were not accepting any coupons at that location, not even Krispy Kreme issued ones..

Wish there was anything below 1 rating. They dont understand the concept of customer service. Two ladies working there are both rude. Looks like they hate their job, and according to them option of having assorted donuts dont exist (we just asked for two varieties in one box). And that was also because they didnt have enough original glazed. It was just because its krispy kreme, we ended buying two dozen donuts anyway.

The doughnuts were soft and warm when we bought them. These doughnuts are sweeter than most places though, so keep that in mind before you try them. For me, it was way too sweet. While I might buy doughnuts from here again, this doughnut chain certainly wouldnt be my first choice.

Been eating these donuts since I was little back in Carolina I know theyre late to the west but made it here thank goodness and dont complain about there being no ovens you can go to dunkin if you want dry dounuts. Krispy K is the best from east to west.
