my family and I were on vac. we saw a starbucks and when we went in it was gross so dirty. We go to starbucks often and have never been in to one so gross. The restroom was so bad we just left it was hot dirty and smelled. I hope they do something to get that place looking good. This is my first time ever writing a review so yes it was that bad.

Do not recommend going during your scheduled break time from work... Ordered 2 grandes at 9:02am which was supposed to be ready in 3-7 minutes but wasnt ready until about 9:23am I had to ask if I ordered from the right location since there was NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT!! Very disappointed.

Today I was there and Karen the cashier give me bad service because I want also an ice lemon bread and she dont charge me for that so I have to wait on the line for 5 or 8 minutes is so stupidity because Im in thre every day for mi coffee that make me sad and angry
