I bought a sofa recently from here. with in a week, it started shrinking too much when I sit on it. Overall, I am bit disappointed with this. I called this guy and told him about the problem. He said, some one from the factory will come an visit to check the condition of the sofa after a week or two. Then they will decide what to do. I was expecting a prompt response.
