Natalie & Brittany truly helped me in finding the one and made the whole experience memorable. Life happens. I found out I was pregnant a month later. I called to let them know and see if maybe the dress could be sized up, if not to see what they could recommend for me. Brittany tells me not to worry, and gave me great suggestions to work with me on the dress. I felt good and confident with her advice. By the end of the week, Courtney, the owner of this Boutique calls me and tells me over the phone that she is going to be blunt with me and tells me that the dress will not look good on me. There is no way she will work with me to try to fix it and that the seamstress has already told her that will not work with me. I was devastated. Courtney continues speaking recommending me to lose the deposit that we had paid already for the dress and to start looking for a new dress. I was shocked she said this, throw away nearly $900? Like nothing? No. Still I kept my cool over the phone just simply replying okay, listening to her outrageous suggestions to also payoff the whole dress and try to sell to a bridal boutique, but be ready to lose a huge chunk of money on the dress if doing so. Once Courtney was done berating me, I simply told her I will think about what to do, but she literally wanted an answer right there and then. She tells me "Well Ill make of note that you are going to think about what you are going to do." This past weekend, I was told my dress had arrived. When I arrived, Brittany greeted me and congratulated me. I thought she was going to help me with my dress, but unfortunately it was a different woman who was standing next to her. She didnt even bother to introduce herself to us. She helps me put on the dress and it fits! It looks beautiful the top and the bottom needs to fitted, but all otherwise look perfect. This woman didnt even bother to ask me if I want to accessorize the dress. We had to ask her for a veil. We could heard her in the background sighing every few seconds. I stepped out of the platform to get going and this woman said "Well, lets talk about the most important thing, what are you going to about the seaming of the dress? are you going to get it seamed?" I told her that the woman that spoke to me over the phone said that there is NO WAY they will be able to adjust it, and will not do it. I already have lots of seamstress recommendations. She looked at me and said "I can do the top and bottom and the back which is a sheer back with beading should be converted into a corset back which will cost $875." I asked her, "So youre the seamstress?" She uncrosses her arms and starts stuttering for a few seconds, "No not me, Im not a seamstress." Okay? She goes on a little more still referring to herself as I the seamstress will fix the dress like this. Once in the dressing room, I didnt really comprehend why the back needed to be converted to a corset. I asked her, "I dont understand you, why does the dress need to be converted to a corset? How much will it be just to fix the top and bottom of the dress instead?" She looks at me and said "I dont understand YOU." Wasnt I clear? Top and bottom how much to alter that? And she said that she will not do that. That this is a "step process" and she will not do the top and bottom only and not do the corset back because there is no way I will fit in this dress. OMG! Thats when it clicked on me she was Courtney, the crazy woman, the crazy owner over the phone. 1st Courtney told me I was not going to fit on the dress which she was wrong, 2nd that the dress was not going to look good on me which she was wrong, 3rd Im not going to fix the dress for you because you will not fit in it. She discriminated against me for being pregnant and bullied me this whole time. Which FYI, I have been losing weight and I have a high-risk pregnancy at this moment. For an owner to treat me, a customer, like this is unacceptable! Now it made sense why she didnt tell us who she was. Be careful going here! I was discriminated and bullied by Courtney the owner.

Absolutely wonderful experience at The White Flower Bridal Boutique! Easy to make an appointment with delightful Brittny and when we arrived Stacey also greeted and proceeded to assist us. Stacy was exemplary! Started by giving us water and cookies. She listened to what my daughters likes and dislikes were and after trying on a few gowns realized what Jessica liked most. She brought out a beautiful gown that brought me to tears when I saw my daughter in it! She tried on at least 7 but probably more, and Stacy was enthusiastic and accommodating. The space was open, but all people had their own private space that was not impeded upon. Felt like this was a milestone day for my daughter and upscale without being snobbish. I highly recommend The White Flower Boutique and their wonderful assistants! 5 star

After having been to several bridal salons, my experience at The White Flower was noteworthy and exceptional. Courtney, the owner, is incredible at what she does! She manages the process from front to end to ensure the most enjoyable experience for you and your decision-making process. She adequately managed my expecations, was upfront about the differences between the dresses and the designers, and made helpful suggestions about design and cuts that would compliment my body type. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, a lot of fun- how it should be. The White Flower even has a video conferencing system so that friends and family outside of SD are able to participate. All around, top-notch experience and lovely,quality dresses.

Words cannot fully express how perfect my experience was with Courtney at the White Flower Bridal Boutique! The quality, price and experience so far surpassed anything else we had seen before. Since she closes down the shop, there was plenty of space and privacy for my family. We enjoyed complimentary drinks and snacks as well as celebratory champagne when we found "The Dress." Most amazing of all is how Courtney has the extaordinary gift of helping you find the dress that meets your hearts desire while complementing your every feature and need. I recommend her shop to every bride!

Natalie is amazing!!! I have a big family and of course everyone wanted to be there. Which Im sure is always nerve racking. Not only were they accommodating but they served us champagne, water, and cookies!! She was so sweet to everyone in my party and made me feel like a princess. She helped me pick the perfect dress! It had everything I asked for and it was in budget!!!!!! I highly recommend going here and asking for Natalie she is incredible!! The shop is beautiful, has so many selections and is very clean. Thank you white flower bridal for such an amazing experience!!

Hands down the BEST bridal dress shopping experience to date! Courtney is amazing, warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, personable and professional. We had such a fun time trying on dresses and my cousin is so pleased with her selection. Thank you Courtney for going above and beyond to help her with the accessories!! So much so that she is willing to drive the sample dress to another shop to try on necklaces etc. Thank you and the best of luck to you and may your business thrive!!
