Never purchase in this store again. The other day I placed an order of a pair of sneaker as a birthday gift for my girl friend, but the size turned out to be too small so that I returned the item. The sneaker priced at $100 but I only received $87 after return, and the store rep told me returned amount would be the tag price minus initial shipping fee when customer had enjoyed free shipping. That just a ridiculous policy! If I decide to purchase an item valued at $100 again, it actually will cost me $13 more, and in total I will have to pay $113 for an item originally worth $100.

Just spoke to Angel the manager of store regarding returning a pair of new Vans Hiskates that are falling apart on the sole. First time wearing this morning. . He had no solution for me other than contact Vans directly since I purchased 2 weeks ago. Whats up with that?? A $46 shoe thats all they were..I been shopping there every visit to Vegas for about 4 years. No bueno.

Not a good experience. I ordered sneakers which did not fit. I returned them in compliance with Feature return policy. Despite many emails about an exchange for other website offered items ( I gave up on refund ), they continue to reject my attempts at this transaction. Feels like a shady operation to me.

Nice selection of shoes and up and coming designers that you dont typically find at your local mall. The staff is engaged and eager to answer any questions you have about upcoming releases. Bonus points for not selling Nike - you get plenty of that brand at your basic shoe stores.

Great customer service i moved to Vegas may 2014 everybody i met that work there is down to earth people that take care of their customers not to mention the just expanded the store with a great setup must stop by if you in Vegas for sure!

The selection of this Botique is absolutely incredible. The shoe collection alone is time consuming, lol. I highly recommend this place, with prices from low to high and everything in between, youre sure to find what your looking for.

SCAM! First they want you to buy $300 worth of stuff in store if you want to buy yeezys. They also reserve limited pairs to their friends. Store smells like fish too. Would recommend 12AM Run, not them.
