I agree with Jessicas comment. I typically do not shop in this particular area, due to distance, and will usually go to other shops closer to my home. This was my first experience, with service so poor, that I felt a need to post a comment. I would never post a bad review about any shop, even if the service wasnt the greatest, due to understanding that people occasionally have bad days themselves, and Im able to look past, and simply turn the other cheek. I went in, looking at different human hair products, was browsing by myself, when the Asian man came up to me, and asked if I needed help. I inquired on pricing, and human hair, for just my front bang area. I advised that since it was only the bangs, I was looking for something reasonably priced. When I mentioned this, he became extremely rude, and said he had nothing to offer. At that point, he refused to help me. Then, as I continued looking, I found a product on sale, which was just what I was seeking. I pointed it out, then told him I didnt appreciate how he was speaking to me, when there was no reason for it, and I was there, giving him business. He told me he didnt care, and eventually became so upset, and demanded I leave his shop. I am not one to become upset at this type of behavior, but was so appalled at his unprofessionalism, and rude behavior, I felt it necessary to say something. There was a young store employee, who was a very sweet girl, and was quite helpful in assisting me. But as for this particular location, I will never be shopping there ever again. Eventually he realized how awful his behavior was, when I asked why he was demanding I leave. Especially when I was simply needing help, that he himself originally offered to me. I did purchase products, and thanked him regardless of his attitude, because I believe in being the better person, even if someone is that negative. Ive never posted a review on any store on Yelp, but due to how I was treated, I felt it necessary. Ladies, please be wary of this location. There are many other great shops out there, with kind people, very willing to help.

*Customer Service Review* I drove from Chico to purchase hair extensions so I had a higher set of expectations for customer service. The young man at the counter did not make me feel welcome. He felt more like an unhappy, judgemental sales man that did not want to be there. He did not care to make a connection with the customer whatsoever. Unlike another young man that helped me out at a different beauty supply store (I do not remember which, sadly) and gave me a discount just because of the distance I drove to get there- also gave me plenty of samples/ knowledge & assistance. He was confident in his product, making me feel confident about my purchase. This experience was the complete opposite of that. Point blank: I will not be returning nor will I ever recommend this store to a friend.

I have a very odd hair color and I am very picky about what I like and your worker I believe his name was Danny helped me out. I appreciate the effort he put into helping me out. The great communication skills and kindness they have with one another is great and much valued. Also the lady on the side the older lady was so good in helping me out find the color I wanted and she was awesome and great to talk to she put her focus on helping me and she achieved it. Do not shop at Kings hair and beauty supplies this lady is shes a racist and she said to me after I questioned her about a price she said you make me sick I urge and encourage you all do not under no circumstance patronize the store you come into a community and mistreats us but pay your bills with the money that Im spending that makes you sick trust me lady there are people that will read and see this and I can assure you with your disrespect your uneducated ways and your own knowledge of how to treat a loyal paying customer maybe this will wake you up

I grew tired of going here. They are overpriced compared to some in the area. Moreover, I always noticed they never let the black women handle the cash register. We are good enough to shop there and to help customers on their stores. Yet not trustworthy enough to handle the registers. This is a common practice in Sacramentoa beauty supply stores. Therefore, I choose not to patronize them. I buy my extensions online for half the price.

Terrible customer service. I will never go back here. Wanted to support this smaller business instead of Sallys but they are so rude and unfriendly Im looking forward to seeing Kings go out of business. Now I understand why I never saw anyone else in threre!

THE MAN WAS VERY HONEST AND TOLD ME ON THE PHONE THAT HE HAD REAL HUMAN HAIR THAT WAS NOT PROCESSED. IT IS SO SOFT AND HAS LASTED FOR 8 MONTHS AND STILL GOING. LOVE IT SO MUCH. I HAVE IT SEWN IN AT A SALON. THE BEST THE BEST.

I always get excellent service here. I drive 40 minutes just to buy wigs here even though there are plenty of other places closer to home. Theres a wait sometimes but everyone is super helpful.
