I rate this supply store a four based on the quality and selection of products. For the most part they are competitively priced. I rate customer service a 3. I was pleased at one point to see a diverse demographic working there, but honestly nether of the two girls seemed happy with how they were being managed ( I know because, I asked). Neither the Latino woman or Afrikan women works there anymore The service is best when the younger family members are helping customers or the wife. The older male who mans the front counter often lacks customer service in my opinion. (rate a 3) They have good hours as well. Downside, because Im a stylist, I often need to purchase hair for clients on a Sat.when they are closed, but its best that every business takes a day off.

I have been shopping with hair plus for 20 yrs.... They have been the best at: ordering special orders, ordering in bulk for me, keeping what I personally need in stock an ready for pick up....the owners are very aware & keep up on latest changes to hair & products. After 20 years of business & friendship there business & friendship are above any question of quality or honesty.

I work here. And the manager is disrespectful. The customers see him as lazy cause when a customer needs help he just yells and points like the customers are idiots. They dont give discount for display iteams. He barely smiles. He looks mad 24/7 he makes the customers uncomfortable cause he stares at the customer in the aile. His customer service sucks.

Worst place ever... Old man in there is trying to rip you off thinking you not gone catch it. And when you do and call him out on it he try to deny it and not want to admit to his fault.. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN.... I DONT CARE IF THE THEY LAST PLACE IN ALL OF SACRAMENTO... THEY LOST MY BUSINESS.

Really good place wish they had more braiding selections and more sales but the young lady with the curly hair an nice birth mark is really nice she is helpful she always no the idea Im looking for and help me out every time and I thank her alot..

Nice place to shop. They watch you while you shop, but once they recognize you they stop. Other than that, great prices and always have what you need.
