As a former beautician who had to quit practicing due to health reasons, I have made several visits to this location and have been pleased with the service and selection, and have yet to pick up on a suspicious vibe from the staff. I appreciate the accessibility and affordability of Sallys. Retail clerks have to be observant, its a necessary evil I dont take personally.

Never greeted or helped until I purchased my stuff. Sales clerk with a her chola tattoo across her chest, seemed like she could careless helping me out. Ive been to other Sallys in Riverside that had outstanding customer service. This one just sucks.

This place isnt stocked well for minoritys. The staff there never smiles. I hate that as a professional that I have to go to this particular location. The other Sallys on magnolia and jurupa could teach these girls some lessons in customer service.

I am very disappointed with this store, I went to buy an acrylic set which was ridiculously expensive by the way and when i opened it the liquid was open and half used, I say used because the brush also looked used. Never going back.
