I went in to get my hair cut and Nikki was very sweet and did a nice job. I went to an aisle where the only other person around was an employer restocking the lotion I was looking at. I asked if there was anymore of a particular kind and she checked and said no. I felt like she was very standoffish. At the register I realized I lost $60. The cashier happily got a manager to review the cameras. I waited around for a while, where Nikki the stylist said she heard the manager say I was seen dropping the money and a "customer" picked it up. After waiting some more, the manager came and kindly handed me a small envelope with my cash. Confused, I asked how and she pointed out the spot in the lotion aisle where I was seen on camera dropping the cash, where there were no other customers while I was there... only the standoffish employee restocking lotion. I dont understand why she didnt say, "hey you dropped your cash!" She works there, certainly she knew she was on camera. I feel like if I had not of said anything, I wouldnt have gotten my money back and a certain someone may have pocketed it. But luckily there were others there who helped me out and I truly appreciate it! And my hair looks nice :)

Visit 3/23/2016 8:50pm Horrible! •Security made us feel super uncomfortable, I get he was trying to be on the look out and being observant is his job, but he made it awkward and followed us the entire time we were there. (Sad part we only had our wallets no purses no baggy clothes, obviously couldnt steal anything.) •We asked a manager on duty a question, she was rude didnt answer our question and literally walked away •Our cashier Isla (thats whats on the receipt) was an idiot. Not trying to be rude but Im so mad. She rang us up didnt give neither of us a discount or the free gift like the promotion says (False advertising). When I asked her about the promotion she said "nothing came up on the computer" didnt bother to check or ask anyone. I left but because I was so annoyed with the customer service I went back inside and told her that it wasnt acceptable, she then said "oh sorry we ran out" gave me a mascara and that was that •MANGER ON SHIFT WAS STANDING THERE THE ENTIRE TIME AND DIDNT BOTHER TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM Bad first impression.

I really love Ulta, and thought the employees were sweet and helpful. However, the security guard made me feel very uncomfortable like some of the other people mentioned. I hope someone will look into this and train him to be more discreet and helpful to well meaning shoppers. No woman wants to be ogled and followed throughout the store as they are spending some relaxing shopping time. I have not found this problem in any other store. I find that I avoid this Ulta because of this person, which is very sad.

Visted 3/28 @ 8:10pm.Doesnt deserve one star. Me and my husband went to this location. I wanted to look for a new Eyeshadows and needed some make up wipes. As soon ad we walk in there...the security guard wouldnt stop following us and staring at us. It was so uncomfortable..I grabbed my makeup wipes and didnt look at the eye shadows. I went to pay and let the manager know. All she said was ohh Ill let him know. Horrible. Ill take my money and business back to sephora.

If I could I would give this store more than five stars! Great customer service. I was greeted right away from the employees and even the security guard! What a nice staff they have. I was so excited to finally have a ULTA around the corner from me! Super nice and clean and everything is easy to find. The manger was so nice and kept asking if I needed help with finding anything. Treated me like family. Definitely recommend this location!

I went to ulta to buy a primer and the security saw me enter and opened the door for me. Then followed me around the whole time. And the manager had to make one of the girls help me. Then she start following me and kept saying watch her on the head set. It was so uncomfortable I just gave the items I had to the cashier and left.The security said to me "You cant come back in." The store wasnt ever closed.

need some work on customer service....and security is more like a watch dog ....followed me around store needless to say I grabbed what I needed and didnt do any extra shopping....who wants to be watched while they shop very uncomfortable ......first time I visit this location and will be my last Ill take my business to the eastvale where they dont make you feel uncomfortable .....

Went to exchange an Anastasia Beverly Hills cream contour for the powder Contour. They made my transaction very easy and price matched for the price that I had initially received even though I had used a coupon. Everything seemed pretty organized even though they had just received their shipment.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Came to the salon blond highlights and first it was purple, then after she tried to fix it is was grey. At the end they just dyed the whole hair darker and made us pay for the original style. Said it was store policies and that nothing could be done.

Ive been to this location twice and both expierences were awful none of the people there are willing to help out and there rude ass hell I will definitely drive further out to get great customer service they dont even deserve one star at all but in order to make a review you have to rate it !

Nikki is the Best hair stylist I have ever been to. She listens and advises. I have been coming here for a year now and my hair has never looked better. This is a nice small Ulta. The manager is not the best but I come here to get my hair done right.

This place, sephora, MAC. I love anything makeup. This place is cool tho cos unlike sephora they carry drugstore, so if ur on a budget go here. If ur into higher end makeup go there.
