This store is awful. Nothing is organized. The 2 women there have no idea what the supplies are. I asked 1 female if they had nail primer, brush cleaner plus conditioner. Instead she shows me a hand sanitizer and tells me the nail hydrator works the same as a primer but the directions say different. The other female was sitting on her arse starring at who knows what by the register. I mean who hires these people. No knowledge what so ever of the products or what each one is for or does. I will NEVER go to this store again. Sallys Beauty Supply in Fontana Ca on Valley Blvd is the worst store Ive been to out of all of the Sally stores.

Associates here do not value or care about their customers. Worst customer service, and forget about asking for help because they look at you as if you are stupid. Also having your picture in your debit card is pointless cus they still ask for an ID
