I hope this store goes out of business. If not, they need to replace their entire customer service employees. Ive been there about 20 times now and have made sure to get their names. Amber and Mary are the rudest customer service personnel I have ever seen. It seems they really hate the Latino community because every time a non English speaker approached them they act very rude (they gossip all the time in front of Latinos in English) and they refuse to help them use their coupons. I dont remember her name but I think its Kayla, she was the only polite person that I met in customer service. Lets not even talk about the cashiers. Patty is the worst, she gossips really loud in front of the customers and the other cashiers arent even in their register even though the light is on. I always hear them complaining about how they hate being there, if they hate their job they should quit and give it to someone else who will appreciate being there. We customers can hear when they are always counting down their shift, "One more hour and Im out of here". Ive never met a more rude staff in my entire life. If I ever need to buy anything I will go to Wal-Mart where I can go in and get out without having to be approached by an employee who asks how my day is going or if I have found everything okay if they dont even care.

Good place to find every day things. The need more assistance. Last time I visit j eating almost 45 min to get a balloon inflated. I would of left but my son really wanted the balloon. I visit again two week ago to change my check at 4:00 Pm and they didnt​ have more money for loans for checks so I recommend not going to change you check at that time of day.

Very Rude associates here at this Kmart. Especially the Manage Vivian was ABSOLUTELY no help at all. Had to drive an extra couple of miles away just to get some service and help with something that only took 2 mintues to fix. I will definitely be calling and reporting this to the main store manager. Wouldve given half a start to this store if I could.

No wonder that store is closing. My husband and I went there to buy a cooler. The one he wanted was broken and it was the only one. I told an associate about it. In fact, my husband showed him the problem. The locking mechanism was broken on it. As soon as we turned our backs to leave, he put it back on the shelf! :(

This is one of the oldest Kmarts I have been too... By city ordinance no vehicles to park more than 2 hours and no over night and none over 6,000 GVW(Sorry truckers and RVs). Poor condition overall. Big trucks and Rvs could hide to the south-east side of building and might not be bothered.

Affordable, the downfall is once you get to the register....the point of sale system is so outdated that it makes paying for your purchase take forever. And only one or two cashiers are open while the other employees just stand around and b.s. with one another.

Our cashier, Jesus L., was fast, pleasant and helpful. He checked to see if we had a rewards card, but we didnt have a card, just a membership, so he used a workaround and was able to apply a $30 discount. Many thanks to Jesus!

This is the best Kmart Ive ever been to. They absolutely love helping Latino people, and always have such nice things to say about working there. All the staff seem so happy all the time, I cant wait to go back again! <3

Really going to miss the big K. Kmart is closing down on Arlington Ave. in Riverside; theres a going out of business sale in progress now. Kmart was the best back in its day. So long to a legend; you will be missed.

Major ghetto Store. Dirty merchandise all over the floors . Shady characters hanging outside in the parking lot and seam to be living in the restroom. But then again this is Riverside .
