Dirty, nasty and the employees are rude. We were 6 deep in a checkout line and the lady behind the register kept leaving to do price checks all while another employee was 15ft away stocking on an isle. There were also 2 employees in the back near lawn and garden. But the lady at the register NEVER bothered to call for backup. She reminded me of the Target lady on SNL, every time she needed a price check off she went! Go to the Big Lots on Magnolia if you must go to one. That store is clean, fresh and the employees understand what customer service means.

I called inquiring for a memory foam matress in a specific size. The person I spoke with was the manager I later found out. I was informed they had what I needed in stock. I drive over only to find they only had matress toppers in that size. I complained to managerment, and he said he heard me say topper. That word never left my mouth. I specifically asked for a "matress in X size". I will not shop here again.

Its crazy that you can find SO MUCH at such great prices. We spent too much money, but got way more than we wouldve at other discount stores. The cashier we had, the ppl on the floor that asked if we were finding what we were looking for, the cleanliness, etc., were all so great!
