I give this location one star because i was satisfied with the clothing but not the customer service! i have never had such horrible customer service! As the cashier was ringing me up i asked her about returns and she told me that as long as i had a receipt and tags i could exchange the items or get store credit then i went into exchange something to get a bigger size and they refused my exchange because the associate told me wrong!! you cannot exchange everything with a receipt/ tags only certain items and i was not told this and knowing that one of their very own is giving out wrong information they still didnt honor my exchange which was for the same thing just different size tags and receipt included. The manager was so rude and made me feel like i was in the wrong when in fact it was her associates who werent clear on how the policies work! NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. HORRIBLE customer service.
