This walmart is terrible . I walked in today to return some items . Before I left home , I realized that I couldnt find the receipt however at the worst case scenario I figured that I would get store credit . I purchased my items about 10 days ago. When I tried to return my items someone at the front of the store scanned my items and gave me the bar code stickers. I then proceeded to wait in line and when I got to the counter the worst happened . I was told that without telling receipt that I could not return my items . Right next to us was a woman who had the same problem . She started whispering . The woman checked my items and claimed that they werent from Walmart and that she couldnt return them ! I explained to her that this is incorrect information. She denied it and told me that I couldnt make the return. She had the wrist attitude for whatever reason . Perhaps I remind her of someone she is not fond of ..I dont know but I wasted so much time and she lied ! We even had proof with the scanned Barcode that were given to us . She didnt even bother to look up our receipts in their system. It was terrible ! I dont trust Walmart any longer now . The supervisors name is Nora . Worst attitude Ive experienced in my life . She rolled her eyes , talked over us and even laughed at us when I explained to her that she doesnt have to be so rude for no reason. We were so kind despite her attitude but I will never shop at another Walmart again.

The Parking lot was pretty full for midday on a weekday. It is Xmas time so I assumed there were extra people coming to shop in the early afternoon due to this. Looked to be a clean store and pretty well stocked. Does have grocery items available. I drove 15 miles to this store to buy a specific toy that the website said they had available. I had to search in the toy section for about 20 min to find the item. When I did finally find it, a nice floor employee helped me get the item down from the top shelf. She happened to be nearby and with a ladder. I waited in the checkout line about 5 min. Cashier was very nice and prompt, and wished me a nice day. Overall it was a nice experience. Im not usually a Walmart shopper. Im a very frequent Target shopper. I honestly hope I dont have to go all the way out to that store again but will if they are the only store with what I need in stock.

Estoy embarazada y hace unos días fui y necesitaba el carrito electrónico . y el señor q trabaja en la puerta verificando los recibos me dijo q no podia usarlo. Fui a las 10 de la noche y estaba muy cansada y tengo muy grande mi barriga y este hombre no me permitio hacer mis compras pq no pude usar un carrito. Lo demás bien. Pero este señor no sabe lo que es estar en una situación como la mía con embarazo de alto riesgo y el no le importó

Lets face it theres only two good things about Wal-Mart. 1 the prices are really great and two you get to see all the ghetto and white trash where the most ridiculously inappropriate clothing to the store making it very comical. The most frustrating part is trying really hard not to get caught road rage. It seems there is a very high concentration of idiotic people. And youre trying to get down the aisle and they look at you like what am I supposed to do? Get out of my way. This is why I try my hardest to not have to go to Walmart too much because lets face it theres a pretty good chance that I might actually Force choke somebody... LOL. May the force be with you especially if you have to go to Walmart.

I returned a defective office chair 89 days from delivery date.I didnt have a receipt or proper I.D. Wasnt wearing shoes but new pair pantyhose, black fishnet.Customer service fixed me up with a highend sexy office chair, [massagers, all the bells and whistles] and I was down the road in 20 min. or so.However I was $165.47 lighter in my pocket book and was unable to score a pair of thongs so I had to remove my fishnets before walking to the parking lot. Hey,what the heck.Any Pretty ladies want a nice massage? B.Y.O.B. Bye Bye.

You can get the deals you expect from Walmart here. I appreciate being able to get reviews from the online Walmart too, so I know what to get when I come into the store. Cons- the refrigerators holding dairy need a good cleaning. We went in to get some things, stopped by the aisle to get some milk for our kids, and it smelled so bad he said we would never get milk for our kids at this location. Second con- this area has gotten pretty sketchy.. It doesnt feel safe. People working here also smoke openly by the entrances. Yuck.

This store could sure use more employees to help cut down on the oftentimes longer-than-desired lines, but they have a great solution for that. I have had great experiences when I order whatever I need online, then you can go straight back to the special pick up area & your items are there really quickly - happily avoiding the long lines. Since I discovered this great service they now provide, I shop there much more regularly and with great results.

I am really impressed.... They have really cleaned up the store... Every body has been cleaning... It feels better to walk into the Pittsburg Walmart now.... I just have to look around to see and find my things because things have been moved but... I am really ok with that... The only thing I have been looking for is my facial sponges that have not been in stock for awhile... But other than that.. maybe start cleaning the parking lot now

Today I called this store for a product check and listened to the ring tone for a solid 25 mins. Then, a woman answered while she was speaking to another associate and HUNG UP. WTF is going on at this store on a Sunday morning at 10:00 am where the phone cannot be answered???? I would not mind if this store closed and all of the lazy, trifilent employees lost their jobs. The good ones will have no problem securing real jobs. For real!

If you ever need to get something that is locked up, take 2 people, one who doesnt mind to wait for about 30-40 mins at the spot for someone to show up and open it, to then send you a text, becuase you were looking and purchasing everything else you needed. The 2nd is still gonna be waiting at the cash register since you got there, because they will have 3 cashiers, and 2 customers, but some how, find a way to lag the check out.

First of all the store manager Tui is very rude. The parking lot is very dirty and the employees are so over worked that they dont even bother to greet the customers. Also the customer service managers dont even follow their own companies policies instead theyve made up their own policies that are designed to treat customers as if they are criminals. Just a terrible store all together. I would avoid this place like the plague.
