LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE HISPANIC EMPLOYEES ONLY SEEM TO HELP OTHER HISPANIC CUSTOMERS BUT WHEN I ASKED A QUESTION ABOUT A PHONE COVER SHE WAS QUICK TO TELL THEY DONT CARRY THAT HERE. 2 MINUTES LATER I FOUND IT AND TOLD HER AND SHE JUST SHRUGGED ME OFF. NOT GOOD!! ALSO, WHENEVER YOU ASK SOMEONE WHERE THINGS ARE, 9TIMES OUT OF 10 THE RESPONSE I GET IS WERE ALL OUT. DOESNT EVEN BOTHER TO GO LOOK OR TELL ME WHEN THEY MIGHT HAVE IT IN! AGAIN NOT GOOD! SINCE BOTH THE LIVERMORE AND PLEASANTON STORES ARE NEAR ME, I ONLY GO THERE IF I HAVE TO. ABOVE ALL, SOME OF THOSE EMPLOYEES DONT EVEN SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH!! SO HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO SHOP HERE IF NOBODY SPEAKS ENGLISH? PRETTY MUCH ANY WALMART I GO TOO I HAVE A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE EVERY F***ING TIME!!! GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!!!!!!

Loss prevention couldnt be more obvious and unprofessional. Especially the big out of shape fat guy with tattoos and the weirdo pervert who hangs out near the womens dressing room and tries peaking inside and who claims he used to be a marine LOL Im almost tempted to post their names and pictures. Oh and dont forget the tall white guy who walks with a ridiculously exaggerated gangsta lean walk who drives the old BMW and grew a goofy beard to try and look different. Haha they are all jokes and probably all tale turns with the chubby little short chick they work with who is equally as bad at her job. There are plenty more but these are the worst idiots by far haha

This walmart is well organized and the staff are good and well mannered, all groceries and household essentials are available with big clearance section, but I am not a big fan because I cant get fresh produce, deli or bakery in here. I have just moved from South Bay and I was shopping at walmart Milpitas which is upgraded and has amazing fresh produce selections, deli, meat and bakery, I didnt need to go to another store for anything. I am hoping this walmart will be upgraded soon as well.

This is my favorite WalMart. Store is clean, no long waits, if I wait at all, employees are friendly and courteous with the only exception of "Sue". Im not sure if that is really her name, she was wearing no name tag. She is an older, blond, long her female. She works at the customer service counter and she is always rude. I dont know if it is because is the end of the day or what, but regardless, she should be providing good, if not excellent customer service.

Wal-Mart policy country wide has always been to allow rvers and people travelling to stay at their stores in the excess overflow. Just be courteous. Whoever the manager is, should be reported. They have officially lost my business, and I will be reporting this to others so they their money as well. I was going to buy a whole new wardrobe, bed sheets, and food here totalling over 300$ but think Ill take it elsewhere since I was rudely woke up.

The heartless manager of this branch wouldnt even let me temporally park my truck here. I had to drive cross country during Christmas with my wife, and I was hoping to park and take her out for a nice Christmas dinner and a movie. No such chance. The manager wouldnt even listen. The thousands and thousands of dollars I spend a year at Walmart is finished. Theyve lost a lifelong customer.

I found the store to be dirty and has a funky smell throughout the store. The temperature is always hot. The service is slow and if you ask someone for help they never know where anything is at. But the worst thing of the store are the front checkers and the managers. This store is by far the worst walmart of all that I have been to and never want to go back.

Im a regular shopper & I pick up my prescriptions here. Yesterday (8/4/2012) while I was picking up medications at the pharmacy I saw the pharmacist shouting & treating their cashier like dirt infront of us. I know this nice sweet male cashier for a while & the pharmacist looked new. The pharmacy technician named Calvin said her name was Jamie or something.

This Walmart has had consistantly good management and employees. Really cheap prices and options. The Walmart Savings Catcher really helps out, but they would mark you down on good faith if you ask. I am really impressed with this Walmarts commitment to the public, the elderly, and people with disabilities.

THEIR HOURS ARE ***NOT 6AM*** - This listing is poorly managed by the owner. Also, their check-out staff is hit or miss. A few are so slow, they should be forced in to retirement, or offer you the option to bag yourself. They are also very poor with privacy of certain medical items at the check-out.

Just went to Walmart. Was looking threw Halloween clearance. The clerk stoking told me it was 90% off. I took some mask up to buy. They range up 75%off. He ( the man in the yellow vest) head clerk told me "it was only costumes that are 90% off". I asked "arent mask costumes". He said no???

Great store, but lost the five star because they dont carry ice. Ive never seen a Walmart without ice before. Plus, some of their items are way overpriced compared to other Walmart locations. The grill in the Hayward Walmart is $46, in this location its $86.

I find it a fantastic place to shop,or just to cool off on a hot day,yes plenty of parking, conveniently right of the 580, employees are very helpful,and Yes,they do speak English,not true what the other person said,and doesnt know how to spell "speak"

The nicest Wal-Mart Ive been too. Catering to a largely senior community, the store is well maintained and the muzak they play tends to be more big band and oldies. Its on my way home, so I always choose this store over the one in my hometown.

This Wal-Mart has a small food section it is not a super Wal-Mart. The rest of the store is fine. Nice clothing section, lots to choose from. They have a Subway restaurant inside, hair salon and an eye doctor. There is a layaway department too.

Walmart isnt a place to hang out but shopping and this one is especially good at that. It has so much of stuff and variety that , it certainly be a one stop shopping. Surprisingly I have also found it clean, cant say about restrooms though.

Why must Walmart have the absolute worst carts possible? Do we really need to walk around with a shaking cart, that is loudly announcing where we are by making every bad sound it can? Will they ever replace their aging carts?

Incorrect times on this website--they open at 7am every day. Huge variety, good low prices, helpful employees, and plentiful parking. Quality of merchandise is what you would expect for low prices. Excellent return service.

Ive been to many locations but This location is definitely a labyrinth. It needs a total update and remodel. The merchandising floor needs a whole makeover each department. None of it makes sense. Customer service was ok.

short and sweet...Returns sucks, inspect your items before buying, if you try to return something that looks used, even if u bought it like that, they wont take it, they will assume you are stealing, and treat u as such.
