Black Friday 2015 was a great day to stop in to the Antioch Walmart Supercenter and scout the aisle for deals and great new items for the holiday shopping season. I myself am a rather unusual shopper and found some amazing sights and sounds just from the architectures atmosphere. Larry was outside ringing the bell to welcome folks and collect for the kettle and inside Bishop Nick and Richard were attending to the stores planogram. On this visit I found what my boss Sandra Annette Bullock was taking about on the social media stream and that is best described as one "Universal Iconic Head." Yep its a magical illusion easy to spot IF you put yourself AT the POINT. In the marketplace I noticed above some circular signage annotating the words Fresh Produce and with the App I have I can isolate a word like Fresh as such to look like F-Resh. And this is the KEY as the word Resh is a description of the letter "r". Of interest is that the letter "r" is the only letter in the alphabet that - evolved from the shape of the human head. Linguistically this dates back to about 3000 B.C. later to be tweeked by Monks. And that circular signage at Walmart that I mention looked like a banjo cap with the words Deli in the background as well as a head shot of a young boy on the wall underneath the cap from my line of sight. Interestingly enough there where I stood the "heads" of cabbage lay in the bins as if a farmer with a sword chopped them from the earth. Amazing and the show didnt end there as I heard a young child exclaim "booyah" an exclamation of happiness. Thinking to myself WTF as my App taught be that Walmart often utilizes a copyright lawyer named Sandra of that namesake. And for the third act of the Black Friday the display of the Samsung TVs black pixel technology drew me in to the Seven Wonders of the World as IF I were really there. Every show has an encore and this next one I simply must mention as in marketing I tend to brand myself as MeRAK the plow star of the Big Dipper since RAK are my initials on that note the Walmart sale flyer took my attention as the Ad utilized the word "dip" as such so that when the page was tilled or turned the word "dip" still read "dip", how cool is that!

The clerks dont care about customer service. I was over charged 7/21/15, I had to go to customer service. In front of me a man had to wait in line 10 min. to exchange a same priced gum for the correct flavor. Instead of being nice 2 clerks told him, in front of all 5 of us in line that he picked the wrong flavor himself and he had to wait like everyone else. I was over charged $56.00. First the clerk wanted to keep my original receipt. I told her no the receipt is mine. Second, the clerk with the override key assisted with my refund but walked away and when it was time to re-ring I too had to wait 5 minutes for her to come back. Then she was trying to walk by and not override so I said, "excuse me", and she replied," I will be there in a few minutes" instead, she shouldve stayed the entire refund since she was the only one that could do the override, and she knew it even before she walked away. Third, I gave my debit card and said that I live on a budget and want the money credited back on my bank card. That customer service clerk told me that it takes 3 days to credit my account and I should just take a Walmart gift card. I didnt want a gift card. The entire experience was just wrong. I shouldve had to explain that, I am the customer and the receipt is mine or that I do not want a gift card and I shouldnt have to wait in line and wait for an override for 20 minutes total for over $60 with tax because I was overcharged and then to be treated so rudely. I live 2 miles from this walmart but I will do my shopping at the martinez walmart. Lastly, I get all my Rx from this pharmacy. The manager Fred is very customer service oriented, he always answers all my questions. Everyone in that pharmacy knows me by name and they are all so nice to me. Its really to bad that the employees outside of the pharmacy arent trained on customer service by the pharmacy manager.

Horrible service!!! Always long lines never any associates in departments where needed. Waited for someone to help with a fishing license for 45 minutes, called the store twice while waiting and five different associates walked by and called for someone. Manager Keith on duty would not pick up the phone when I called and asked for manager. Online ordering was bad never received purchase it was always just in transit so had to cancel purchases all together. Just madness everytime you enter the store!! Not giving my mo ey to walmart anymore ifI could mark 0 stars I would!

Worst place to shop will never shop here again. My car was broken into on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm when i was shopping in the store. I was not aware this shopping area was a target for break ins. Then i had to return something but couldnt because my receipts n DL were some of the things stolen out of my car. Customer service supervisor MJ was a rude Bi#%& and wouldnt work with me to return anything. She tried to ignore me and was taking people in front of me after i stood in line like everyone else. Wow how does she get away with stuff like that??

Store is nice now that the grocery side is open. Employees have been extremely rude every time I go here. I was receiving a Walmart to Walmart transfer the other day when I asked an associate that was gossiping if she had a pen I could use, I was told to ask the associate at the register. If I had to do that they would have made me lose my place in line and stand in line all over again. Needless to say I had to find a pen on my own while the associates continued to gossip. Extremely disappointed with the associates here.

Honestly the best time to go here is early in the morning. Less crowds, no ghetto people, easy access to what you need and no shopping rage. My cell phone was stolen and when I tried to get a hold of a manager or anyone in customer service NOT ONE PERSON showed concern or acted as if they cared. Theyre customer service lines are off the hook and they need more cashiers. Plus+++ is that product is cheap, reasonably priced and you could make one shopping trip since they sell mostly everything you could need.
