Their AM service leaves much to be desired. Friend ordered a coffee here and we sat down to wait and wait and wait and wait and wait. 10 minutes went by and my friend got up to ask about her coffee. " Oh, its right there at the end of the bar". No one called her name, the cashier who took the order never once motioned at us. There wasnt anyone else before us or after us. Never again.

I phoned the Coffee Bean on S. Lake in Pasadena to discuss some information about a donation they were making to a charity auction. The employee who took the message was friendly and very helpful. It is not often you get treated with such nice customer service.

this coffee bean is great. its nice to sit on the patio and enjoy my triple espresso. the baristas here pull the shots well, and the foam for my wifes cappuccino is always velvety.

Its my go to CBTL! Parking isnt a pain in the morning, but even so its down the street from my bank and gym. I love the chai rooibos tea and will always come here for it.

Good place to get beans. Purchasing beans in bulk nets you a free drink at that visit (not sure of the exact amount that must be bought at a time to qualify).
