Jeez! I called to try to reach the rental dept, which never answered their phone. Then I got bounced around--ultimately wasting about 5 minutes and getting nowhere, reaching no one except Jeanine(?) the operator, who patched me through to phones which were then never answered. But the point of this review is to TRY TO GET THROUGH TO MANAGEMENT that their outgoing, boiler-plate telephone ad material is set excruciatingly loud. The rest of their phone system seems to be OK (except for the fact that phones dont get answered.) That one outgoing message is so loud that its beyond unprofessional--its OFFENSIVE. Please fix it, will you? Im a regular customer of this store and its a relatively good Home Depot. Im aware that one might argue thats an oxymoron.

I was an out of state contractor helping family in Alameda do a remodel. If I hadnt known what I was looking for I would not have found it. The employees were clueless, the store unorganized and cluttered. I spent over an half of hour waiting to check out. The contactor parking and loading was a nightmare. Had to park at the back of the lot and worry weather the homeless was going break into my truck while the security guard played with her cell phone at the front door. Watched a rat go from lumber to insulation in the middle of the afternoon. This home depot will stop me from ever shopping at one again and I have a 5 star home depot back in Medford OR

useless, attempted to order a special part fore the door they stock, person couldnt find the door part to order when the day before the associate there easily located it for me. Was assured that it would get ordered the next morning by the morning shift. Called the next day and was told that it was being processed. Call again a week later and they cant find any trace of my order. Now I have a door that doesnt open or close and will remain that way for another week because some idiot couldnt process a relatively simple order.

Be very careful where you park your vehicle They stilling all my tools outside the parking lot in ask around oh course no body see anything I ask the security they have no idea I ask the manager on duty she told me very common here at the parking lot it happens 4-6 per week on her schedule is ask if she doing anything about it she responded she cant because she only responsable inside the store Outside no camera but there is minimum 50 people walking around asking for job

Both saws "out of order" as they are every weekend because the lazy staff dont want to cut wood in an area where very few people have garage and workshops. Ask when they will be fixed. Just a dumb stare and "I dont know." ask how long theyve been broken, same dumb stare "I dont know." asked at customer service, same reaction. Horrible location, horrible parking lot filled with illegals trying to get a job, horrible service with people who dont care.

Not good, I went to purchase a tower fan,and the only one that was left was the floor model. The associate who helped me said that I could get $10.00 off because it was the floor model and they didnt have the box.Just give his name when I get to the register, but they refuse to give me the $10.00 off.I spend a lot of money at Home Depot. And today was not a good experience.

Store is a cluster uck for one. Homeless camped out front in droves. Drugs being dealt out of parking lot. Had to stop for a 10 hr brake and no one bothered us not even highway patrol that was across from us, however some Security company banged on door and said we had to move. Keep in mind that The store itself had no problem with it. Security company is a joke.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen in my life. I tried asking two different employees a question, and was promptly told to go "axe" sombody else cus I dont know. I must have heard the N word as well as mother fkr come out of their mouth about 15 times. Half of Mexico is in the parking lot and theirs a homeless encampment in the parking lot also. What a joke

Older staff and managers are super helpful and will offer advice or guidance even when they cant be identified as a home depot employee (i.e. not wearing any orange). The younger folks are very slow and couldnt care less. The phone rings non stop here and you hear it over the PA system so its fairly annoying. Location isnt bad. Lots of parking usually.

I was looking for a 4 by 4 steak post and they told me they dont have it anymore. it has been at least a couple years a customer tells me hey bro look it rain here it was right next to the receiving door were these guys on the forklift drive back and forth maybe they need to know where their product is so they dont send customers away

Ive had pretty good success there. Very clean and Ive had really good experience with having people help me find stuff (even chasing me down when theyve had other thoughts on where things are). Also have a wider variety of materials than any other store Ive been to. Phone service is not that good

This is a rather large store with a good selection. The staff are actually somewhat helpful at this location. They do a good job with security and i have not heard of problems with vehicle break-ins or panhandlers. They have a decent selection of rental equipment and a large garden department.

Took them 45 minutes to locate wood flooring in the store that we had special ordered after they told us it was there. Currently been waiting for 20 minutes for them to find blinds that they claim are here which has given me time to write this review before leaving the store.

Every purchase is inspected before youre allowed to leave, even if the guard watches you check out. Not sure why, its halfhearted at best...anyone could steal just by putting stuff in the bottom half of their bag. Parking lot tamales available most days.

This place has a management problem and consequently a customer service problem. Been waiting with five others to have a key made for 30 minutes. 1 guy just gave up. Multiple employees walking through us with not a word. Worst hardware experience ever.

I walked in and asked where a particular item was and the guy knew exactly where to direct me. I asked another person where to find other items and he pointed me in the right direction. Great Job. Lots of cute boys there too. Damn, just saying.

Crowded, you might get your car broken into in the parking lot (broken glass everywhere, just take a look at the ground), and they are one step away from frisking everyone that leaves the store. Great taco truck on the street outside though.

Easily the worst Home Depot I have ever been too. Staff in not helpful nor cares that you may need help. Manager is as disengaged as the employees so not surprised where the culture of the store comes from. Go elsewhere if at all possible.

Easily the worst Home Depot! Wanted something as simple as ear plugs and no one knew where to find them and no one to help. Was going to tool up for a big project but left ASAP. Parking lot is Skechers paradise. Enter at your own peril!
