I am only giving this two stars because my carpet salesman was friendly, but we are completely dissatisfied with the rest of the experience. Pros: Friendly staff Grievances: #1) Basically, Chuck, my carpet salesman sold me some really nice carpet and pad. He told me that I would be called when the carpet came in. Chuck went on vacation, no one picked up the phone to call me so this delayed the carpet getting to me by quite a bit until I finally called them and asked what the deal was. #2) My first installer, who I found independently, had to cancel the installation because of a family emergency. I called Demar to get another name. I had other contractors waiting on the carpet install to get to their projects in the same room so I had a bit of a schedule crunch. Chuck gave me two names: Ron Cornelius and Tom Anderson. Because of schedule issues, we went with Tom Anderson. Huge mistake. Terrible carpet installation job. My contractor who installed trim after the carpet said it looked like they cut the carpet around the edge with their teeth, it was so ragged. He had to add an additional piece of base shoe to cover the mistakes. Additionally, the installer broke the strike latch plate to my outer deck door, failed to clean up after himself (debris all over the stairs and path to the front door), and did not replace the carpet threshold. When we called Tom Anderson, he was defensive about the entire installation and said he did a "great job" and he didnt even know what a strike plate was. When we spoke to Chuck, he offered to replace the strike plate ($3) and that he would offer a great deal on any future carpet purchases that we would like to make. There is no way I am buying any carpet in the future from this place with this kind of customer service. Recommend to go someplace else for your carpet needs.

Great locations to see a lot of home improvement stuff, Tiles, flooring, Counters etc. They worked well with my contractor also.
