If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never received worse customer service in my life. Honestly. I have no idea how this place is still in business. I manage a residential building, and, unfortunately, we use Kelly Moore paints on the entire interior. I say unfortunately not because its a bad product, but because that means that every six months or so I have to go deal with these curt, incompetent buffoons. It took me 5 visits and 3 rounds of filling out the same paperwork to get an account set up - INCORRECTLY! Now they have the wrong phone number in their computer, and I, the person who set up the account, am somehow not listed as an authorized buyer. That means that every time I try to buy materials, they insist on calling a non-existent phone number to reach someone other than myself. Not surprisingly, there is never anyone on staff with the authorization to change records in the computer system... how convenient. When I am [I think justifiably] upset each time this happens, I am greeted with bad attitudes, feigned inability to correct the situation, and general indifference - by everyone from the sales associates [Juanita Barker] up to the stores manager [David White]. If I hadnt put in so much work to get this account set up, Id certainly take my business elsewhere. Maybe I will anyways. Its just not worth the insult.

I was left on hold today for 20 minutes and when I called back the answer I got was "we are very busy today." We are all busy and this is understandable but leaving customers on the phone for extended periods of time is not good customer service. Following this up with a poor excuse and no apology is just not acceptable. Shop at Sherwin Williams. The prices are better and the services is more attentive.
