I went to get an estimate on a guitar loan and they told me what I would get and whatnot. But the atmosphere there was not that welcoming. The man who helped me seemed impatient with me and started texting while he was talking to me! I felt unwelcome and that they were a bit rude.

My husband and I called Carlos from long beach and when I walked in, he and the staff were awesome!! Ive never felt like a family walking into a pawn shop. I dont care how many miles they are from me, we will always go to them for their loving customer service!!

The best deal in town. Excellent prices whether your buying or looking for a loan.. They treat you like family.. I recommend their pawn shop over any other.. Great customer service.. My family has been going to them for years...
