My wife purchased some West Bay imitation crab flakes from this location. When she arrived home I realized that the packages were expired since March 9 2015. She tried to go back and return them and get some that were not expired and since they were already opened they turned her away and said that the only printed date on there was the production date not the expiration date, the manager walked away. When she was not given an exchange and was unable to return it I called to see why they were unable to do either, I was told the same thing. I don’t know why they were not willing to change something that was expired, I know I will not be shopping in this location again for two reasons. 1. The management was very rude and gave us the cold shoulder, and he walked away from my Wife while she was trying to speak to him. 2. They sell items that are expired and are not willing to exchange them when you bring them in because they have been opened.

When planning for a Mexican themed meal, this grocery store is a great place to pickup all the ingredients youll need. They also make fresh burritos, tacos, quesadillas, tortas, and chicarones. They offer marinated meats ready for cooking and a wide variety of other unprepared meats as well. The vegetables are not exactly the best quality so, be choosy. The cashiers are always nice and the ladies behind the salsa and cheese display are always helpful. They will let you sample their products so you can decide which to buy. The place is small, a perfect neighborhood store.

First time here. Poor customer service. Cashier was selective who she said good morning and thank you to. Didnt greet me or say thank you after my purchase, but did other customer in line. Store really small and narrow alleys. Was told by a friend about this place, but Im not impressed. I wont be back. On a positive note meat department was friendly.

A Mexican style meat market where they dont cut the meat as requsted. I ask why they wouldnt cut the meat as i requested but no reasonable reasoning was given. I was told no as another Bucher was just getting done cutting/chopping meat to the request of a person next to me.
