For many years I used to enjoy shopping at this store for most of my office needs. In the past the staffs and store mangers were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. However,several months ago I noticed the store has a new manager and some new staffs. My recent shopping experience with this store has been very frustrating. The new person who is in charge of the print and copy department was very unfriendly. She made you feel like she is doing you a favor when you want to place an order! On top of that she misplaced my order. The department seem to be very disorganized and the staff is not properly trained. The new store manager is also very discourteous. He doesnt want to be bothered. When I dispute an item that has been overcharged, instead of rechecking the price and doing the math, he became argumentative. It took 15-20 minutes for him to admit that the item has been overcharged. It is amazing that a change in store manager and a staff can make such a big difference in shopping experience.

I dont know what you have changed since Spring, but I am completely impressed with what this store has become, and the great service they offer. I have been there many times, and the people on the floor and the delightful lady in the print area (Norma?), just make going to that store a real pleasure. I will go out of my way to go to your store from now on...you are definitely not like all the other office stores. You are committed to service, and it makes all the difference. Thank you!

I went here yesterday and their selection was very limited. I decided to go here instead of Target because I thought they would have a larger selection of notebooks. I picked out a couple and went to pay for them. They overcharged me for one and I told them. They said "oh sorry about that" and I said, "ok, thats it?" I wasnt going to argue over $2, but that just shows how poor the customer service is. Next time ===> Target for sure

Very helpful staff. Dedicated parking. Good prices. I bought a work pro chair and I liked their replacement warranty which I also bought for my new chair. Its good if you have already done your research and knowing what you want.

I went there with my daughter to buy school supplies and the place was packed. Unfortunately they didnt carry many of the supplies listed by the school, so we decided to skip the lines and order from a different online vendor.

Ordered papers to be printed out for me. After receiving the papers I noticed about 50 sheets are stained with blood. HOWEVER, I came into the store and the ruined papers were kindly replaced with no charge
