I love this store. If you need it, they most likely have it. And you can get the 20% off coupons on your phone to save you money at checkout. Use the RetailMeNot app or just google search for store coupons. What I love the most is that if they have to order something for you and its under their "free shipping" amount, if you ask nicely they will wave the fee. Awesome customer service and always have someone to help you when needed.

Customer service is great! I was looking for a very specific item (Café table size red tablecloths) so I called ahead to see if they had any in stock. They stock checked in the computer and on the shelf for me and then pulled and bagged them. They were waiting for me at the front when I went to pick them up.

Expect your normal Bed Bath & Beyond store layout. Ive been here a couple time and will say that the employees are super friendly and helpful. It seems like they enjoy their job and are willing to help or have a friendly conversation.

I purchased a humidifier and use 20%coupon. Saw the same item later at best buy cheaper. When I went back to bed bath n beyond to tell them. I was told that they could only price match items without the coupon discount.
