This store by far has exceed my expectations especially when it comes to customer service. Although the store may not have the most popular items in stock often due to popular demands (which is understandable), the cast members nevertheless are always helpful and friendly. I especially want to take this opportunity to thank their cast member Rob who has go out of his way to help me find the item I was looking for. The item was not seen in the store front and he took the time to go to the back and help me check and was able to find it for me. Thank you for going the extra mile for your customer.

Prices are high - it is Disney after all so expect to shell out $50+ for a princess dress. They do offer various programs on the weekends for kids which is neat. Times and days are posted at the store or Im sure you can find out by calling. Theres also a little kids area with a screen playing various Disney movie clips and paper and crayons provided. Good place to take your kids after lugging them around the mall!
