I was looking for a very specific book online and offline. This store was the only one that had one in stock. Went there with plans to buy it if I like the contents. Mediocre contents no better than what I already knew. Surprised store price is quite higher than their own online price (not comparing to Amazon). All the costs to run an actual store are understandable, but Im afraid major portion of people will simply browse and go online for a cheaper price. Nothing really I can complain about. Staff were nice. Layout and vibe were top-notch. Its just sad internet is choking on everything.

I normally love Barnes & Noble but this one is the worst. No seats, rude staff seems more interested in getting you out than getting you what you want, and NO restroom available! Not even for customers. I will not go here anymore if I cant even use the restroom while browsing books and magazines to purchase. An utter failure by the management.

This is one of my favorite bookstores. I especially enjoy the outdoor section, where you can pick up anything from John Gresham paperbacks to 18-Century editions Jonathan Swift, all for under $5. The owner Ken Gloss seems to acquire a lot from estate sales and the like, and he wont charge a lot just because something is old and/or rare.

I called this store and spoke with Desiree who was so helpful and informative. She actually delivered the "Nook" to our son for his birthday tonight for us.. I absolutely love this childrens bookstore. They have special & unique childrens books & gifts that you wont necessarily see at regular bookstores. They also carry books for adults. Their customer service is always warm & helpful. An added bonus is their free gift wrap with purchase which makes me love them even more!

The selection at this location is very limited. Check online and call in to the store to see if this location carries what youre looking for, if not ordering online might be the better choice. There is not a cafe at this location, but there is coffee close by in the same parking lot.

The sign on the door indicates that wifi is available, but whats the point? There are no tables or even chairs -- its just a bookstore, not that theres anything wrong with that, of course. Perhaps you can use your computer sprawled out in one of the narrow aisles on the floor!

Large store with real books. Went there for the Harry Potter Yule Ball. Thought it would include you know some music and dancing, just activities. Geared for a younger crowd than me. Ton of HP merchandise. Just as I was leaving team pictionary started. That looked like fun.

Nice to see physical books before you buy them. Large showroom includes upstairs and downstairs. Prices are usually on the high end, but there are several tables of sale and clearance books. Not to many staff, so youll have to seek someone needs out if you need help.

I went there just once but I think they have a lot of variety and good books! The only thing is that the reading zone is too spread around and within the aisles and it would be better if they dedicate a spot in the store.

The bad, this store no longer carries books on guitars. The good, ordering books is no problem, the prices vary if delivered to you at home or delivered to the store. The employees here are very helpful

Two floors full of a wide variety of books! Plenty of parking available. Just note, there is only a one-person restroom available, but it is kept clean.
