Dangerous! Terrible traffic safety & parking problems, a scary place to drive, to park, to walk, to bike, and to ride the bus. DO NOT PARK ON TRANCAS CANYON ROAD. Youll get an expensive ticket or get into an accident. Please drive safely and attentively on Pacific Coast Highway. This shopping center has no deceleration lane, no designated turn lane from Pacific Coast Highway into its parking lot. This shopping center has parking spots where cars back out into traffic turning at highway speeds. It is very dangerous to make a mistake on Pacific Coast Highway. Please dont cause an accident over a cup of Starbucks. Locals love the Nursery and Sea Lily, do visit these charming and unique businesses.

Love this place. We are here every Tuesday. Today, we ate at Le Village Cafe, which is our first time - we had tuna salad, eggs Benedict, black bean hamburger and spinach quiche, all tasted really good. They also have a special house green juice that is so fresh and unique. They also have a unique beers. Tuesday, we normal buy foods at the salad bars in the organic maket. They also have great sandwich options at the deli. We then hang out at the Starbucks for a few hours. We love this place

Love stopping here when we come to the beach. Great chicken teriyaki bowls and other fresh prepared foods. They also have a fresh juice bar and will make drinks for you (sometimes they can be a little slow, but its always worth the wait). Store has an amazing assortment of fresh fruits. Stop in and see for yourself.

Pretty hilarious Malibu style strip mall. Wood siding looks like a barn. Good, modern stores inside. A little pricey of course, as its Malibu. But if you are passing along PCH and want to do a pit stop, this isnt bad.

Vintage Grocers is an excellent, high-end market. Their deli, juice & coffee bar and their bakery are all very popular and can be crowded. They also have excellent seafood and meats.
