Wow! Talk about turn over business! This place is banging! When the new hip younger new owners took over, there was nothing going to stop them from taking this charming old world corner market to new heights! When I first met them, Byron and Tom, about one year ago, they were eager to find out what the customer wanted, what type of food they wanted, what was affordable: could their prices be to high? What was going to make you, the customer come back? You name it, they asked and they provided! From your personal chef making it your way to taco Tuesday! And get this: Weekend Bar-b-que, every single! Barbque chicken, barbque sausage (my fave) to fresh made macaroni and potato salad! And I am talking old fashioned babque in the back parking lot where they make it to perfection your way! And.....if the cold bear and the food delish is not enough, well then kick back to some Regge baby and lets Jammin to Bob Marley or some subtle jazz! Or how about you just bring what you would like to hear? No problem, these dudes are cool and way nice! They are still here and finally realizing their dream come true! Good people, good business! The door keeps swinging: come in! But you dont see it swing coming out? You kind of just want to stay a little bit longer each time! I truly recommend this down home place for friendly service, people that are beyond for real, cold beer (or course) and excellent food (ayeyay...weekend barbeque!) There is no better than Highland Market! See you on any given day or night!

They sell fresh Mexican and Salvadoran food daily. Its definitely worth a visit, you wont regret trying their food. Stocked market with craft beers, too. Friendly staff, plenty of seating and large tv for dining in, too. Love this place!

Wow, I dropped by for their grand opening and the food and prices are great. They seemed to have everything here...chinese food, grilled sandwiches, breakfast served all day, a huge selection of drinks. Lotto scratchers, too. Love it!

Great local market with liquor and food. Small seating area for the mex salv and its good. Love their 6 pack special for mix and match. They stock a lot of local brews that are hard to find. Neighborhood staple. Good people too.
