Went here to get a tattoo as a souvenir of my California vacation. I was told I had to pay $60 before I even told them what I wanted and tipped another $20 bones for what turned out to be my worst tattoos to date. I got two simple snake eyes dice on both my pinkies. After they healed, the lines were horrible and blotted. Its been 2 weeks and most of the ink has disappeared. Dont get me wrong, my tattoo artist was a cool cat, but I am heavily dissatisfied with the results and I finally have tattoos that I fully regret having and paid for. Thank God my personal tattoo artist fixed them for me for free cause he said he was "embarrassed that another tattoo artist would let me walk out the door with them."

I just came from there to get my helix pierced. I had Brad pierce it and he was fantastic. All the staff was friendly. The store looked clean and professional and I felt like I could trust them. Brad listened to what I wanted and was very supportive and friendly and explained everything he was doing. The whole process was so quick and didnt hurt at all! I hear its supposed to hurt later on. So its only been 2 hours. But it doesnt hurt at all yet... I guess Ill wait and see. But I enjoyed my experience there and I definitely recommend it. Although, it was very expensive and they dont have a selection of cheaper jewelry except for one ugly thick ball earring...

I just went in last night. Had a couple people with me and we were looking to get small tattoos with little work involved. When we got there the guy was just eating his food at the desk with headphones on.. once we approached him he seemed very unhappy with the fact we were there and that we were bothering him the conversation went very awkwardly with him not showing any interest in the work we were offering for him. He continued to eat while we where there the whole time. Prices were high for these small jobs. Overall terrible experience. We left and went to studio City which was great. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

My friend and I went in there to color in the tattoo that she had already gotten from the tattoo artist Rafa, the outline was beautiful but when he added the color... breath taking ! Great tattoo artist , super friendly and charismatic ! I went in there to get a helix piercing , I loved it ! April knows what she is doing ! And has a great sense of humor! Defenetly coming back here for my industrial and finish off my friend tAttoo

The tattoo artist was being really inappropriate to my bestfriend he kept touching her and etc. Didnt even finish the tattoo because my bestfriend was uncomfortable! NOT OKAY just because youre a tattoo artist doesnt give you the right to touch people in areas other than the spot of where the tattoo is!
