The store is large, but feels like a tornado came through. Its very unorganized with boxes stacked everywhere and very few labels on the aisles or the products. They mainly sell cosmetic supply items, although most women of color know that "beauty supply" is synonymous with hair items, too. They have little to no hair products, but an assortment of wigs. If youre looking for cheap polishes, nail kits, and makeup, this is your place, otherwise, Id recommend starting your search elsewhere. I also was followed immediately upon entering the store with no greeting or offer for help.

My makeup shopping experience has been forever changed.I just finished a one-on-one consultation with Kate and I learned so much!She knows practically everything about all the products, an impossible task.She is also EXTREMELY knowledgeable when it comes to techniques, etc.I am so glad I took advantage of my VIBE Rouge perks and made this appointment.She really knew the pros and cons of each product and gave some great suggestions about products Im going to incorporate into my routine.I will definitely be back to this location.

This place is awesome. I walked in here vaguely curious about incense not having used it in my home before. The staff were so helpful and instantly noticed the types of scents I had been eyeing. They quickly introduced their favorites that were among the same family of scents and lit several for me to try. The person I talked to was very patient despite the fact that there were other customers in the store. Also their prices were very reasonable! Definitely check this place out, if you are at all interested!!

This store is amazing, the selection of beauty products & tools (ie: makeup brushes, etc), candles is amazing for such a cosy little shop. The carry unusual fragrances and candles that I cant easily find elsewhere. In addition, the staff are so professional and knowledgeable. This is my favorite beauty product store - no wonder they are featured in Allure magazine several times a year!

The quality of products here are terrific because they deal with natural human hair but expect to pay a lot in the customer service here its great theres no parking and no restrooms as expected but if you need beauty supplies this is your spot limited selection however and you may not find everything youre looking for but just The bear. They have 100% human hair eyelashes for $1 a pair and for individuals! Went to 4 different stores. They are the cheapest with he best selection too! Awesome find!
