By Far Worst experience with Sallys Ive ever had! Sallys is usually well known for there Vast variety of friendly HELPFUL staff with Mutiple cosmetic & other beauty products whitch is why its always been my number 1 place to go too, but as of tonight I will no longer ever do business with sallys ever again! I went in the last 10 mins before closing time & right off the bat I was met with immediate problem of NO ASSISTANCE from the staff knew absolutely nothing about ethnic hair let alone products! So after I figure it out completely by MYSELF! Well thease 2 poor excuse for sales clerk continue to gossip & empty the cash register right in front of customers. So finally I approach the line to wait in line for 10 mins well another customer in front of me making an exchange (due to the poor customer service their he had picked the wrong size for his purchase & came for an exchange) after waiting 10 mins this faded pink haired large Clerk says "Were closed I cant ring up your order" my face with absolute shock & disappointment at the poor quality I experienced will never be taking my business here again
