I came in to buy something very small, a tiny beard brush for my boyfriend... The clerk asked every Spanish speaking person around me if they needed help, even those that came in AFTER me. She tried to walk away and I said excuse me to catch her attention. She gave me a short response and walked away. A few minutes later she was at the register helping another woman check out. After she was done I stepped up to the register next and she proceeded to talk and laugh with her co-worker. I literally just stood there and looked at her and she wouldnt even look me in my face! Needless to say I wont be returning. I dont care that my nearest one is 20 Minutes away. I wont be back here.

It sucks! The workers seem to hate theur job.. ive been their alot but i really hate their poor service! You ask them something and they answer you like they do not want to speak to you..they give you little information. And they do not know what they are talking about . Even i know more about hair than these workers...

Word of advice, look up the information about products on your own before you visit this store. The staff has absolutely no idea what they are talking about. Update: Went in April and the staff did nothing but gossip and hang out in the back. The place was a mess. Very sad.

Terrible at giving advice. This worker with a small mice voice didnt know how to help I pretty much threw options at her and she would agree. Bought some products that didnt work on my hair. It dried it out

Sally Beauty Supply are excellent. The staff is wonderful. The coconut lime scrub smells and feels so great. Definitely coming back. Can wait to try my shower soap when I get home.

This is my go to Sally location. This location typically cares the widest variety of products. The parking is tight most of the time, but there is always somewhere to park.
