I have no cons for this Store, when you Walk in it feels like youre in your Happy Place and you dont wanna leave at all. Its like you wanna pull a Jay and Silent Bob, and stand in front of the store and chill out, thats how awesome the place is.They have OLD school games to the New Games, Old school Consoles to the new Gen that we have today, Same with the accessories.Its true about theyre prices SO much cheaper then...well those game stores who shell not be named -cough-. GamePlay deserves a lot more credit then any other gaming store they really Do. You Guys should AT LEAST stop by and check out the place and scope it out...for my first time there recently, I fell in LOVE!

Very good selection of games from major platforms. Some prices are above market value, but for some of items, theyre priced right at market value. My only cons are that some items are not priced, this is because these sellers are penny pinching and scared to lose money on daily market fluxes. If you cant price it, odds are that the consumer can find it cheaper online. Go here if you need something now, otherwise shop elsewhere. They also told me they would sell me a ps2 slim version for $40. Only problem was one wasnt in stock. When it became available the price became $70.

I play a lot (only?) Japanese import games and though there are a lot of online alternatives for buy imports, its still nice to be able to go to a store and browse the goods. The staff is friendly and pretty knowledgeable, even about overseas titles. Sometimes the imports are pricey but thats just how things go. Sometimes you can get odd items there as well. For example, once I wanted to get a digital video cable for my GameCube, so I stopped by and they actually had two ORIGINAL Nintendo issue cables. They also carry other stuff like anime and figures.

Ive been going to this place for years since they moved from their original location on Spring and Palo Verde. The staff is super helpful when you ask them questions and about their inventory. If they do not have what youre looking for in stock, theyll actually hold onto your number and phone you the very second the product arrives. The same goes for any new games that are being released. I choose this place over other game dealerships because of the feeling of acknowledgement that the staff sends your way whenever you visit.

Great place to pick up old school games and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I bought a Nintendo 64 from here and paid only 60 bucks for the console, all the connections and one controller. Initially the console didnt work, however when i brought it back in the staff helped me troubleshoot the console and even switched it out for another console. Some games can be pricey but at least you know you get 30 days to return any broken games

Great place for old and vintage video game aficionados. Great selection of N64, PS1, Dreamcast and NES games. Great deals on new releases as well. Big dvd section with great deals (6 used dvds for $20) and an increasing blu ray section. One of the few mom/pop style game & movie stores that still exists. The employees there are very respectful, kind and have great knowledge of video games and movies. Overall, I highly recommend this store.

I found other review of this place a bit unrealistic. Of course online is always cheaper, and at storefronts more expensive. thats the price you pay for an immediate selection without waiting for shipping, in person browsing ability, and customer service. So if you want the new game for cheap, I mean, yeah, do it online!! But if youre looking for unique used games or retro titles that cant be found elsewhere, this is an awesome place!

These guys are awesome. Theyre not pushy about selling you anything, theyre just there to help you find what you want. AND theyre honest, unlike some chain video game stores. The people that work here are friendly, helpful, and theyre gamers! Its a great spot to buy new and used, and they have everything from old school NES to current gen stuff. Theyll be getting my business for a long, long time.

Went there to sell my ps2 lot and they lied over the phone about how much I would make for the system alone and after I traded everything in I didnt get a receipt went back and asked for one and said I had to ask for one earliet to be printed out when all businesses are required to give receipts out bad service all around

Gameplay has become my new favorite game store, I have been there several times and every time I go there I am always greeted by the staff in the nicest manner, they dont try and rip you off like other game stores, and they have a far better collection of games and movies that are perfectly priced

If youre looking for a ready selection of available old games from all consoles, this is a good place. I found Diablo 1 for PC on CD here, which was neat. For newer games, you could check here to see if they have games at a lower price than GameStop, but the layout of newer games isnt as clean.

This place is a wonderful place to get games at a wonderful price that wont break your bank account. The employees here are amazing and helpful and they know about every product in the store. There return policy cannot be beat and they always are happy to see yea when your walk-in the door.

AWESOME SERVICE. couldnt find MLB2K13 anywhere for under $50 for a USED ONE!...until I came here. James helped me out...couldnt find it in the system. So he decided to rumage through some drawers to see if it was misplaced. And it was. Good looking out bro! Im a LIFER NOW!

This is a cool little store. They have used games and DVDs, as well as new games. They take pre-orders for new games, and are usually a few dollars cheaper than the big-box stores.

U can buy or import if not at the store japanes tittles.. Their new and used tittles are about 4 bucks less than gamestop tho gamestop gives u more for ur games...
