One of the clerks was condescending and rude. I was returning a fairly high priced accessory which was not open. He claimed that it was and wouldnt give me a refund. I went to several GameStops who accepted the return until I found one that had the amount in cash to refund me. Every other GameStop was helpful and kind. I wished I got his name in order to complain and I wish I could give 0 stars.

If i could mark zero stars i would. My boyfriend was in the store shopping for a ps4, when the manager asked him if he was going to steal the box. Then he tells him oh the ps4 is expensive. Anger doen not even begin to describe how we are feeling. We are trying to get intouch with corporate. So they are aware of the type of person who is at this location.

The game they gave me GTA5 does not work... game wont download.. they SHOULD have showed me b4 i left the store to MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WORKS PROPERLY..NOW i have to make my way back to the store to get a New Game an HOPE for that one to Work

Make sure you check your used items in the box before you leave. The guy who sold me it never put it in the case. Now its a big fiasco.
