the other cvs branch (4320 redondo bch blvd) gave me a tough and looong time to refund an item bought thru apple pay with no success in the end but this branch saved me. In less than 5 minutes, Melinda successfully refunded my purchase back to my card. No headaches. thank you Melinda! That was an excellent customer service.

They closed before there closing time, I went there at 9:53 and they closed already, there closing time is 10:00. Bad customer service. Ill try not to go these type of store.
