I refrained from posting my review, until now, because I was planning to file a lawsuit against Delux Motors. I decided that scum like them are not worth the time and effort. I hope my review will make others reconsider doing business with Delux Motors. [See YELP for full review and pictures: Google has limited word count.] Background: I live in the South Bay (about 350 miles north of LA) and contacted Delux Motors because they had the exact car I wanted (2003 Mercedes SL55 AMG). It was advertised at $12,995 and, with taxes and fees, they wanted a total of $14,700. After three days of negotiating with Tony and Kasandra, we agreed on a final total of $14,000 on 11/24 and they agreed to hold the car for me until the following day when I could drive down with my father to pay and drive off. Issue: The car was advertised as “BLACK” exterior and “BLACK” interior on every single advertisement (their website, Craigslist, and CarGurus). All the pictures also looked black (I will post some if I can). The car turned out to be an ugly purple/ blue metallic color. Note: They’ve since updated the exterior to “BLUE.” I drove down with my father 6.5 hours on 11/25. Kasandra came out of the office and pointed out the purple/blue one and said this is the only SL55 they have. At that point, I knew the deal was off and I could feel anger rising. Everything was agreed on; all we came down to do was to pay and drive off in a black SL55 AMG for a total agreed on price of $14k. I took it for a test drive anyways. I got in and asked Kasandra some simple questions about the car. She knew nothing about the car! My father and I did a walk around and discussed amongst ourselves our frustration, their lack of professionalism, and all the defects on the car like. Kasandra asked if there was anything that would make me reconsider taking the car. I said, “Yes, if you knock off $4k of the total price and sell it for $10k, then I will take it and have it professionally repainted and repaired.” Kasandra said that she can’t do that, but she knows some paint shops and could have it painted. I refused. The car is not worth $14k, and after their lack of professionalism, I did not trust that they would give the car a quality paint job. Plus, I wasn’t going to drive down again with my father. She called the manager, but he refused to give a discount. My father and I left and drove back another 6 hours to the South Bay. No one even bothered to call me or write me an apology email. You have been warned. If you want to be treated with dignity and respect and get honest and competent service, AVOID Delux Motors. Staff: Their President, Mohammad Kazemi and General Manger, Matthew Kazemi, never bothered to respond to my inquiries. I originally communicated with Tony, who is the rudest and nastiest person I ever had to deal with. He hung up twice, never introduces himself on the phone, and didn’t even come out to greet us when we arrived. Kasandra is incompetent and irresponsible. Jasmina Von Kamp actually introduced herself when she picked up the phone a couple times, and told me that Tony would call me back later because he was with a customer. No one ever called back.

So, Ive been to many car dealerships, as I travel to Los Angeles quite a bit. I only like decent and nice luxury vehicles, and Delux Motors has never failed to make me happy. Ive gotten my car appraised here, and traded in, and the whole staff of Delux is beyond delightful. Im a car junkie, and I get bored within a year sometimes with my cars, and I go here to browse their amazing selection of high-end vehicles - Lexus & BMW are by far my two favorite cars they carry here. Before I go in, I typically browse on their website first because it is very easy to navigate (and stunning too - love it!). Their website is very informational. So I suggest, before going in, browse around their website. You wont be disappointed. I usually deal with Mike when I go there, and he is delightful! He is very straightforward with the process, and lets you know if the car has any problems. Not a deceitful person at all, in fact, very transparent and helpful. Hes always helped me find the right cars. And when Im inquiring about vehicles, and if they happen to not carry it (very rare I might add), he will look into doing a dealership transfer, etc. So dont worry, if they dont have your car, they will look into getting you your dream car. Cars a tricky business, and no one can be perfect, but Delux Motors has came close to accomplishing this goal. I love how their website is so beyond easy to use and browse, and when I go into the dealership, Im already prepared for what I want to look for! What surprised me the most is how cozy and beautiful this showroom is. Gosh, feels like a car palace. They definitely go the extra mile to make their customers satisfied, and I appreciate that. No matter what, Ill always come here for my car, whether its to buy, sell, or trade! Youve gained a friend for life, Delux Motors. Thanks for always leaving me satisfied no matter what the situation, and always stunning me with your beautiful car selection that I believe no other car showroom on the west coast has acquired so eloquently quite yet. :) thanks delux!

Had to make more than 50 phone calls to purchase a 2006 BMW 750i which was bought and shipped to new York my mistake was believing these people were honest business people. The car I received was not the one I was looking at in the advertisement. I found the car had bounces and scratches all over yet on their description of the vehicle, it was nil, I have a document from the shipper showing every scratch and dent they received the vehicle with. The vehicle also had about 600 more miles than advertise. I was so disappointed when I received this vehicle that I know I will never import vehicle without seeing it in person or ever buy another vehicle from Delux Motors because they are DISHONEST....This vehicle needed fixing on the following not disclosed by Deluxe Motors, Right head light bulbs, gear shifter, right front fender underlining, front windshield cowl, front brake pads, windshield waterbottle, interior had to be cleaned because of paint sprys and dirty carpet, no mats came with vehicle. This vehicle also had under carriage damage but also not reported or repaired. I paid just over $8200.00 for this vehicle and decided to blame myself for being conned by the people at Delux Motors who knew the true conditions of the car. I know I dealt with them in good faith and I challenge a any of them to contradict what I just wrote. I ATTEMPTED To Report them to the BBB but decided not to because I am all the way in New York and could not make an appearance if it was warranted.

So I got to this dealership everything looked ok, with overlooking the fact that these car are way too over ran wit 90k miles or more. So I arrange a test drive on a 12k. Used car with over 100k miles while they ran my credit. (The whole time Iwas driving the car it has the low gas light blinkin). So while Im driving around Im asking question about the car n he cannot give me one straight answer! (Horrible service) so we get back n Im waiting to speak to the finance manager... he asked me if I had a down payment? I said "yes 3k". So they ran my credit n I have 730. So I figure I have good credit a good down how high can my monthly payments be? he proceds to tell me my monthly payments will be $389 on a 4 year plan!!! (13%interest)...I told him how is that possible he tryed to hit me with the first time buyer deal but cmon everone knows thats a rip off! Well the moral of the story is yea they got cheap car but there interest rates are outrageous! That how they get you! I do not recomend this dealership to anyone!
