I saw a Tahoe I liked online, I showed up to the location and was able to test drive it. After doing so found a few issues on the vehicle and notified Kassandra about them. She then sent the truck to a shop and fixed the known issues and right away called me to inform me the truck was now fully working and asked me to test drive it again. I showed up, but instead of taking the Tahoe I initially went for, I ended up driving out in a G35 that I immediately loved. Throughout the whole process Kassandra was really helpful and she helped me out by giving me a low apr when it was my first car ever financing, as well as me not having a great credit score. Oh and I cant forget to add Kassandra was totally cool about allowing me to test drive multiple cars before I made up my mind.

First off, the people here are awesome, very nice, patient, and they seriously work with you if you have bad credit. I will be recommending all of my friends to this company. Im one of those worst credit clients. The Staff worked very hard to find the best payment solution to fit my budget. Since I was on the bus they offered transportation to pick me up. One of the best car shopping experiences. They went above & beyond to make my experience a pleasant and easy one. Yeah the lot is small, but the experience out weighs most high end dealerships.

Came here late on a Sunday afternoon. Alejandra Bergara did an amazing job helping us find our new SUV. I admit I can be difficult customer, as I try to find the best solution financially. Great experience here at Auto Palace! Got a great buy on my used luxury vehicle. Great experience! Cassandra and willy were awesome, allowed me to test drive and feel comfortable through the car buying process. Must see place if you are looking for a used vehicle in good condition.
