Purchased a 2012 VW Beetle with 40,000 miles the first week in June. Dealership Experience: The process at the dealership was pretty straight forward. I called about the car I was interested in and they told me the down payment amount. I checked the free CARFAX they provided, and I also got my own to make sure there was nothing missing from theirs. I came in with the money, test drove the car, and I was approved. My payments are perfectly within my budget, and he answered all of my questions with no problem. Jason did lie to me about a few minor things during the process. 1. He told me repeatedly that the car was brand spanking new. Which couldnt be true since the car is 3 years old. 2. He also told me the model I was purchasing was the "top of the line". Definitely not true as that is the "Turbo" model with the sunroof and navigation system. 3. He told me that insurance that I purchased from him would provide proof of insurance in case I was pulled over and protect the car. The insurance ONLY protected the car, it did not meet the minimum requirements of the state. (Money wasted I could have purchased my own insurance) The car experience so far: I expected to deal with a few issues because its a USED car. I tried to make sure I was financially prepared for anything that may come up. The company did offer a 30 day warranty, but I decided to take my car to VW for any and all issues as I wanted it fixed right the first time with no run around. 1.The first day I got the car I immediately took it to VW to get it checked out, and have the 40,000 mile service done ($600). They also did a front end alignment. There was also a recall on the car that they checked and cleared as well. They came back and said the car was in great condition. 2.Two days later the check engine light came on. Take it to VW they cleaned the "throttle body" , did a software update, and charged the battery. ($120) 3.A few weeks later the battery died. ($200) So far I havent had any other issues with the car(knock on wood lol). It has been running great and its great on Gas. My advice to anyone purchasing a car from a small dealership. Make sure you do your research on whatever vehicle you are looking to buy. Make sure you have enough money not just for your down payment, but for any issues that you may run into when you first purchase your USED car. Lastly, purchase something sensible that you know you can afford to fix.

We bought a vehicle at National Auto Group in April 2010. Ross Harch and Tino, shady and scam artist (so call Sales Rep) sold us a vehicle with major frame damaged (frame was heavily welded 4 places) with major transmission problem (Theodore Ford mechanic said "the transmission was about to drop!!"). The sales rep showed us CarFax which did not stated "Salvage Title". Tino said "they had minor accident and its reported on the CarFax but there is no frame damage and not major problem". CarFax did report "Accident/ Damage Reported". Some how....they are getting JUNK or SALVAGE vehicle with no report of "Salvage" title at bottom price and selling to buyers. I am not the only one. Check out other complains on the web. Google is one of them. As you see other customers warning and report, they are lire, scam artist and they should be in jail!! I am very sure the comment below "great experience!" by David on Feb 24, 2010.....Its Tino or Ross. Whoever considering to buy a car here, DO NOT BUY!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! POLICE, FBI, GOD, PLEASE PUNISH THEM BEFORE NEXT VICTIM!!!

Same issue as other people who have reviewed this place. Only if I had noticed this first, I would not have even wasted my time going there. I get there and the car I was told by the sales rep was in Horrid condition. It has missing things such as lights and had a Stolen airbag, many scratches and dents here and there and it does not show on the autotrader page, and the rep didnt think it was necessary to mention it. Drove over two hours to see that its just a scam to get people there. No responsibility at all specially when this seems to have happened before with other reviewers. They just try to get people there with promises of a good car and when you get there, you will realize that its just a big Scam. This has happened more then once based on previous reviewers which means they are doing it on purpose.

My experience at National Auto Group SUCKED!!!!!!! I was interested in a car I found on their website so called and asked about it and this "Sales Man" by the name of Joey Cruz told me that car was indeed in perfect condition come down and take a look... The car wouldnt start the wheel alinement was completely off thee entire passenger side had been redone (the paint was totally different from the original paint on the driver side) and no matter how many times i asked for the Car Fax he totally went around it and i never got it.. To top it all off some women and her husband walks up to take a look at it while Im still sitting inside and the "Sales Man" Joey Cruz ignores me and trys to sell to his new buyers... I didnt get a "Bye" "Good Luck" "Lets Look At Something Else" or a "Sorry" RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!

After looking around and visiting several dealers to buy a car, a friend referred me to this Dealer.I went there to check their inventory and i was impressed. They had large selection of nice cars. The sales person was very nice and not pushy at all.I liked a car, negotiated the price and the interest rate with the sales manager and i was out of there in like an hour riding my new BMW :) very comfy environment unlike few other dealers I visited earlier and the car is in great condition. The best thing of all is that their customer service is very friendly and helpful. The signal light bulb went off few days later and when i called , they gave me an appointment next day and took care of it.No drama and no hassle.

They tried to sell the car as if it was in great condition, saying the A/C just needed a $50 charge and the accident on its CarFax was just minor bumper damage. When I took it to my mechanic it turned out the A/C compressor was frozen and not even hooked up to the serpentine belt, that the accident was likely bad enough to bend the frame, and that there was no way I should buy it (he was surprised the car didnt have a salvage title with the frame damage). I would recommend shopping else where, but at least be very skeptical of every word and get it checked out by a good mechanic before putting any deposit down.

Very bad experience with them. They have all lemon cars Im taking them to court they dont care if your car breaks down. Had my car for less than a month and its already breaking down all the dashboard lights go on and my car makes a weird noise when Im driving it. Save yourself a head ache and dont come to this place. Very unprofessional.

This dealership does bad business! Ive had my car for not even two months. Its already needed maintenance three times. The manager is rude. This place sells lemons! They will tell you anything to con you into a purchase. Dont waste your time or money at this ghetto place or youll be in court.
