George (the owner) and I were able to agree on a fair price over the phone in just a couple of minutes. Incidentally he was able to beat giant dealer Longo Toyotas "bottom line very fair" price on a nearly identical car by over $6000. He stayed open late for me to come look at the car, and he was pleasant and patient the whole time. There was no pressure whatsoever. Once I decided to buy it, there was none of the typical car salesman haggling. No hidden costs, no "dealer prep fees," none of that nonsense. In fact, as I was writing the check for the agreed upon amount, George told me that he was reducing the price because the car didnt come with a spare key. He could have said nothing and I would have happily paid the original price. The car title arrived in the mail just a couple of weeks later, which is record time for a dealer ownership transfer. Weve put thousands of trouble free miles on the car since. I cant recommend Valley Dealer Exchange highly enough! Theyll get the first shot at all of my business from now on.

Honest Car Salesmen DO exist and you will find them here. Save yourself the hassle of back-and-forth negotiations. They are super relaxed and not at All pushy. Youll get a fair deal on a purchase and trade. Just yesterday my wife and I were able to take our 2005 Cadillac CTS and pick up a more family friendly Toyota Venza. Even though we were told by the owner himself that we would most likely get a better deal trying to sell the Cadillac ourselves, the offer he gave us was fair and on the higher end of what kbb had posted so we took it and drove home with the Venza. Our extended warranty was also at a great price and were given a very fair apr on our financing. If youre even THINKING of purchasing a car I would recommend checking out the lot periodically because Im sure youll find something you love at a very fair price.
