Nice shopping center, very clean, parking is never a problem, as staff is pretty helpful with book finding etc. but I only give 4/5 starts because f the expirence Ive had with Saturday story hour at this location. Although advertised in store and online, several saturdays I waited past the start time with a group of other parents and kids before approaching staff. No one seemed sure who was supposed to read to the kids any of the three times this happened to us. One time one clerk actually said in front of me "heck no Im not doing it". They also never read the story posted online which is difficult as we select to go based on its appeal our our age range. It just seemed weird that the store would not have the storytime better organized since it brings in so many families to buy books. It is sad because there used you be a young girl who rocked story hour and who made it special for the kids and really held their attention. I almost always bought the book when she was reading. But now theyve just kinda dropped the ball. Good for everything else though!

I like the bookstore. Once, when I was buying something, they asked me if I would join the Barnes and Noble Club, which would entitle me to a ten percent discount at the store. There was NO MENTION that my credit card information would be permanently stored on their system and that they would charge it for a membership renewal a year later, without notification and at an increased rate. I was surprised to see the charge on my credit statement a year later, labeled "B & N and not clearly identified. I disputed the charge with my Credit Card Company. This dishonesty disappointed me. I would not use a credit card there. They appear to feel it is a license to attempt fraudulent charges.

Loved the store, books are great and so are the prices. The guest service was great, enjoyed reading some books and spending some time with the family. Up until I went to buy some Starbucks. Worst ever, even for a licensed store. Their selection on Starbucks drinks is way too limited. Horrible costumer service given by the lady on register. Didnt get her name, but she was short, and white with glasses. Couldnt have cared less about not being able to give me the drinks I wanted to order. They need to look into getting someone more compassionate, or at least pretend to be. Anyway, the store was great, Starbucks experience, not so much.

I come here probably 2 - 4 times a month. I literally will drive 15-20 minutes all the time to visit this place and get some new books. Ive been coming to this Barnes & Noble for 10 years and I still love it. It is always clean, lots and lots of books and you just feel really at home and of course, in the reading mood. I know that sounds stupid, "being in the reading mood" at Barnes & Noble, cuz why would you be at one if you didnt want to read, but there are plenty of bookstores that you can go to, where once you step in, so much is going on that the last thing you want to do is open a book.

How did Barnes and Noble turn into an afterschool homeroom for the local kids? Can I get a cafe table please? ssshh.... kids.... simmer down and stop talking so loud. Can you guys go home and do your homework? What happened to having your friends come over to your house and doing assignments from home? Leave the cafe to us paying customers...

Great book store - lots of variety in books & calendars - Wonderful array of 2018 calendars & pleasant help. But if youre going to have a Starbucks - it should be a "real" one where you can add money to your phone card & continue to add points - the Barnes & Noble Starbucks is a disapponitment.

Best place to go if you wanna relax and read a good book and drink coffee if youre in the area. Inused to come here every day after high school and it was so much fun going through all the books. perfect for all the adventurers and those with a thirst for knowledge and imagination

Its fine, nice selection. Coffee inside, little disorganized but nice. Children section. Movies and music section. Nice atmosphere when there arent any kids except the music is loud and annoying. Overall its fine oh and this cute girl flirted with me and asked me out.

One young man said he hadnt worked there very long but he was very helpful, knowledgeable and truly a people person. He went the extra mile to find everything we needed and researched online the items we were looking for that werent available at the store!

This is a good Barnes and Noble to go to. Besides all the books (which are awesome), there is a cafe and a movie and music section. This location isnt as big as some of the others, but Ive always been able to find what I need here.

Excellent book store! Very typical Barne&Nobel layout and ambient. Which including Starbucks, magazine, children, audio sections…and more. Friendly staff, excellent place to hanging out and buying some books.
