Customer service here is awful, even if you have a simple question the manager acts as if youre asking him to move a mountain, is ridiculously rude and interrupts you, then often tells people he cant help them and they need to leave. I have witnessed this firsthand multiple times.The pharmacy staff is obviously overwhelmed. I just moved to this area and switched everything to this pharmacy and had to explain that to them several times. Then when I went to pick up my prescriptions I heard the pharmacist tell the technician to tell me something, and when I asked the technician what it was the technician just said "Oh no not this prescription.", and the pharmacist didnt speak to me once, not even to make sure I knew what I was doing with the meds. As Im walking away I realize there was a problem with my prescription and went back to ask about it, and the pharmacists said "Thats what I told [the technician] to tell you...". I am switching to a different pharmacy and will never step foot in this store again.

never go, no matter what. their associates either pretend to look busy and will not locate items at your request or in the case of pharmacy, the indian female tech., filipino male tech. and the asian male pharmacist suffer inoperable mental retardation and brain damage. they will stand their and stare 15 min. into a register like they are dumbfounded or high on drugs and bark at the customers when customers actually have things to get done. Passing certification exams on paper does not = to real life pharmaceutical dealing capabilities with the public --- where it counts. Their incompetency will have you collapsed at your knees and screaming to corporate where?? they get these brain dead jokes to put on their payroll. or you can avoid this POS chain, and Walgreens too, while youre at it.

Terrible customer service! And cheats too! I had filled 3 prescriptions here since 1/1/2017 and was charged $40 for the third one when I used to pay around $10 earlier for the same medication. When I asked them why, the said that my insurance has not approved it. When I talked to my insurance they said that my coverage is active and it should work. After a week of going around in circles, I found out that CVS has been kicked out the Blue Cross network from 1/1/2017. And they conveniently did not tell me that and were charging me full prices. Avoid them!

The CVS Pharamy women are so rude. If you ask a question you will get snide remarks and attitude. One of the front desk girls named "Peace" was very snotty and definitely not peaceful to be around. Hey CVS, how about hiring some better front desk girls at the pharmacy? On the bright side, fast to get medicine out, and a good price.

I called CVS to find out, when is the good time for the photo service. They replied "anytime as long as the store is open". But when I went in the evening they were not happy to help me. I got my photos from somewhere elsse. Much better service than Fremont Blvd CVS

They dont have such long lines as 24-hour CVSs, but the pharmacists are really slow. And keep in mind - the pharmacy closes one hour earlier than the store itself.

Pharmacy is up to par. Sometimes they give you very brief consultation on your first prescription. Need to ask them to explain more thoroughly.
