I agree with some other patrons...this place is just not the same since the name and owners changed. The donuts are still decent quality, but the service is severely lacking in comparison to the Donut Bar (previous name). I made a special order for a birthday almost a month in advance and it was confirmed with us two weeks prior. When I arrived for pick up the day of, the order was nowhere to be found. The staff member had no explanation and no knowledge of the situation. I gave her my information and asked that the manager call me immediately upon his arrival (supposedly at 8 a.m.) The manager did not call us and we had to call him shortly after 8 to check. At which time he told us "yes, she told me", and then explained that the baker had not made our order and was gone for the day. I had to leave work in the middle of the morning to go to the store to pick up donuts that were not my order. The manager, Billy, had no valid excuse for the fact that he did not call us immediately upon his arrival at the shop and then told us that the baker had told him before leaving for the morning that he did not complete our order. And yet, no calls were made to me to warn me or let me know. There was also no offer or effort put forth to make it right. After we complained enough, we were offered a free box of donuts OR a refund. No other compensation was made. I work in customer service and if I had completely failed to fulfill my promise to a customer, you can bet I would be bending over backwards to make it right, offer a full refund and then still perform the service at absolutely no charge to my client. That was not done here and I was left feeling angry and disappointed and I will not be returning or giving any of my money to this company again.

Well, they replaced the Donut Bar that used to be in that location, and mimic most of the donuts that were offered, but they are not the donut bar. They arent bad though, just not the same. Overall they were good. Still pricey. Beautifully made, and nicely displayed. I was a little underwhelmed by the monte cristo, I expected better. I also didnt care for the jelly inside the peanut butter and jelly donut, its just a cheap mass produced red goo, if it had been real jelly it would have been an awesome donut. The bubble gum was wild, just like old fashion bubble gum, personally I didnt care for the flavor on my donut though. I also found it odd that they didnt have the donuts on the menu available, and not because they were sold out, it was only 30 minutes after opening, they just didnt make them? The cinnamon twist and peanut butter cup were excellent though! The other ones I had were pretty good too.Ill definitely stop by again.

This place is just not the same anymore since they changed their name and owners. Its not the "Donut Bar" experience Ive been accustomed to, the employees are just sitting around having personal conversations not providing information about the donuts, may be its the night crew but its not the same anymore, the donuts were good but the service was not. Ill be looking elsewhere now or just wait until I visit SD or LV for the real Donut Bar experience.

My two sons and I went in the but a Homer Simpson donut and share it. The person working saw my 3 and 2 year old boys and gave them free kids donuts. It was so sweet and kind of him! He was as fabulous and sweet as the Homer Simpson donut we had! Thank you, Crafted Donut! We will be back!

Donuts are a bit pricey, but make up for it in sheer decadence. Bought a dozen and came out to 38 bucks. At least a free coffee was included to make me feel better about it. Overall solid spot for donuts and donut related beverages including cold pressed coffee.

Absolutely loved it! Amazing donuts and great service! Pretty inexpensive for a gourmet donut. Most donuts are priced $2 to $3 bucks. For those of you complaining about price, youre crazy- this aint no Daily Donut. All I gotta say is Maple Bacon... Mmmm!!!

Excellent donuts! It was still early enough in the morning where there should not have been issues with the Nitro brew coffee, or it may have been the lack of training on using the machine. Either way, donuts were amazing!

Just ok. Not an overly huge selection, cool location and nice interior but nothing too noteworthy that I recall.... there is a place on beach near Warner worth checking out, not mentioning any names!
