I have been shopping at Harvest since 1993. It is the best store ever. They are the most accommodating people imaginable. If they dont have an item you want, let them know and they will try to get it for you, and most of the time they can. Each and every department is above average. Fantastic cheese department, really nice produce including a big selection of organic, a very well-stocked fish and meat department, both staffed by really nice guys who know their stuff and are always willing to help if you want something special. Great wine selection! They carry a lot of unusual items and some great gourmet yummies. The lovely Margaret Fox heads up their "to go" food and offers a lot of delicious options. Overall, one great store……privately owned and NON-CORPORATE. They are very generous to a huge number of organizations and give a LOT back to the community!! We are so lucky to have them.

This is a great store! The staff is very helpful and kind! The store is very clean with shorter lines at checkout than Safeway! This store offers much more than just groceries, even though they do have special groceries that most other grocery stores just dont have! Harvest Market also offers clothing, from seasonal wear, to souvenirs! It dog has supplies (clothing, leashes, beds, toys, shampoos and wet/dry foods and more) for your four-legged family members too! There is an amazing wine selection with staff ready to guide you in paring the perfect wine. The hot foods bar has scrumptious foods and soups! And I have to mention the specialty cheeses with tasters to try, oh so yummy! When you shop at harvest your partaking in a food adventure with the best, naturally!

There are two locations. One at the Boatyard shopping center with a great variety of local cheeses, produce, and diary. Their bakery and prepared food is the best. The second location in the town of Mendocino is one third the size of their Fort Bragg location, but it has a great variety of wines, cheeses, and there is a pharmacy located within the store.

Great selection of inventory, fresh produce, hard to find items. Huge organic inventory but also has budget friendly products. Nice atmosphere, very clean. Awesome management and staff. Very friendly. Wonderful deli, hot foods, sushi and bakery items. 10% discount day and good sales daily. Great asset to the community.

Great large selection and wonderful array of prepared foods to go. I left off a srar because sometimes my favorite packaged items have been discontinued and items are moved around alot, have to hunt. Also would prefer less booze and more real food

Standard midrange store plus: Good selection of produce. Small well stocked mini pet store in store. Good deli. Outdoor/indoor seating. Outdoor grill is open in the afternoon. Close to highway 1 for a one stop other than gas.

The Gentleman Farmer

This is a sweet little grocery store. They care a bunch of quality organic produce. They have a nice seating area for those who choose to dine in. Very large pet section for picking up food and other items for pets.
